Hello, everybody.
Welcome to another episode of Finding Brave. I'm Kathy Caprino, as you know, and I am so excited today to talk to our guest, Susie Carter. I have so many questions. You all know that I absolutely love doing this show because I learn every single episode. I learn so much. And because I run a business and Susie's an expert in building profits, building revenue, getting to seven figures. We're just going to dig in and we're going to talk all about her new book, power, your profits that we see right behind Susie. So thank you for taking the time in the middle of your big book launch. I'm so grateful for you being here. Thank you.
I'm so honored. Thank you. Thank you, Kathy, for everything you do for our industry. We need more badass women like you.
Oh, thank you, thank you.
That are holding the flag, making a difference, going. You got to meet these amazing people. You know, I love where we're at. Thank you, thank you.
I love it. And you know, we were talking earlier. I think there's such synergy in both of our messages that, you know, in order for us to power our profits, there's some internal work that has to be done. And I'm sure you'll be talking about that a little bit too. But let me tell you about Susie, everybody. It's such an inspiring story. Susie started out as a low paid hairdresser. I did not know that till I actually read that. Susie, trying to support your two little girls but working for someone else became a challenge, to say the least. So she decided to do whatever it took to create her own business. After much blood, sweat, and tears mixed with cheap mascara. Oh, my God, I love it. She went on to create not one, but two $10 million companies. Her core genius is the ability to simplify complicated issues by creating simple prov systems that are guaranteed to create dramatic growth for any company. She's helped over 100,000 entrepreneurs increase their revenues by more than 3,000%. Can't wait. And work, and work. That's what's going to happen right after we hang up from this podcast. Right. I'm going to go up 3,000%. I'm kidding. And work with top business moguls from John Assereth, Lisa Nichols, Steve Harvey, Doug Carter, and Paul Mitchell. Her newest book is this is. How many books have you written now, Susie?
This is number 10. This is the 10th book. This is the 10th book.
I bow to you. I've done two and every time I finish one, I say, okay, that's it.
Never again.
Wow. Oh, My gosh. Kudos. Power your profits is a bulletproof start to finish plan for taking your business from startup mode to millions. Oh, all right, let us dig in. Can I. And you know, folks, you know this. Maybe we have some questions that we know we're going to touch on. But I go where I really want, where I'm desperate to. Is that okay?
Yes.
Can we start with the flip side of what to do and just a quick take from you about what business or businesses are doing and business owners that are keeping them from exponential growth. What is it? Are there three things that you see over and over and over that you go? Yep, that's where we're going to tackle it. Is that easy to answer?
80% of small businesses.
Oh, I didn't hear you, Susie. Can you say it again? You cut out.
Yeah. 80% of the businesses fail in the first five years of growing their business. Right. And the reason. And in the 20% that are left, 80% of those aren't even paying themselves a paycheck.
Are not. They're not paying themselves.
Are not what is equivalent to what they would get for a job. So the reality is we all have really expensive hobbies. Right. You're doing what you love, you're doing your passion, but you're not making the money that you need to make. And the biggest reason I see this is over and over and over again is we don't put the plan together. We're making it up. Now. I'm a believer in making it up. Right. I've made up my whole life and I've made up my business and. But you've got to put a plan in place and a plan so that you can see the future, a plan so that you understand your numbers. A plan that you can really visualize and go through the process of what is it really going to cost me? The reason they fail is they run out of money. Right. Cash is king. And so I avoided that conversation forever. I was really, really great, Kathy, at making money. I was horrible at keeping it. I like shoes.
You mean even in the early years, you made a lot of money?
Yeah, in the early years as a hairdresser, I made a quarter of a million dollars a year. Yes. The average hairdresser made $30,000 a year. I made a quarter of a million. But I was spending $251,000.
Oh, just for stuff you liked or to build your. Your own hairdressing business.
And all that was just for my. My living, my lifestyle, my children, my vacations, my purses, my Shoes, my. You know, I. Money came to me, and I just didn't know how to manage it. I was scared of it, right? But I knew I could always make it. That was a gift that I have been given early on, you know, as a little kid. I started being an entrepreneur at 10 years old because I grew up in a large family, and my dad said, there's no money. Don't ask me for any. You're not getting any. You want some money? Go get a job. I'm like, I'm gonna get a job.
Can I just stop you half a second there? I knew there was something in your money story about this, because we don't have it flow. It's not blocked randomly, and it doesn't float randomly. It's how we're trained. It's how. It's the love we have for money or the disdain we have for money. So that was your money story. Big family. Dad said, look, have at it, but you're not going to get it from us. Is that it?
Right. There was nine kids, right? Bobby, Ronnie, CV, Terry, Joni, Shelly, Suzy, Kelly, Debbie. Six girls, three boys, and 1200 square feet. I have no idea where we slept or how we all went to the bathroom.
Where'd you grow there?
San Diego. So I grew up in a little border town in San Diego, Imperial. Dude.
Do all your siblings thrive with money? In making money? That was not a gift that they got, that. That wasn't a message.
They got other gifts, right?
Wow. Okay.
In the world. So, no, I just knew from an early age, I knew what I didn't want. You know, I didn't know how to get that, but I knew I don't want to live like this. I want something different. And, you know, I have my PhD, and so I worked really hard for that. That was my public high school diploma. So I want people to know if I can do it, you can do it. I had no formal education. My education, Kathy, was books, right? As a young entrepreneur, I went to the bookstore, I went to the library, I went to the used bookstore and bought all the books I could to learn.
Right, and what were you learning from the beginning? What. What was the focus? How to make money.
How to make money. You know, I was. I was young. My dad said when we left, right? My dad said, when you're 18, you move out, move out, get a job, get a husband. I'm like, I'm coachable. I could do this.
Wow. Susie.
I got married young, didn't know what I was doing. I don't Know how to pick a husband, right? He had muscles, a checkbook and a car. I'm like, this must be love. This is a good husband. No.
Oh, no.
I got divorced young, and being divorced was an ugly, nasty divorce. And so I had no child support, no alimony, two little babies, 18 months and 6 months old. I had to figure this out fast. Yes. But, you know, it gave me character. It allowed me to thrive differently. I believe that your greatest lessons can come in sandpaper, right? They're gifts that are wrapped in sandpaper. So they're not always pretty, they're not always easy. If you think about the biggest changes in our, it's usually when we fall down and get bloody knees and bloody elbows and, you know, that's me. I'm a tough nut. I learned the hard way, right? So early on, I had to figure out, how do I make money? How do I market myself? How do I do this thing called business? Because nobody taught me that, right? 15% of our financial success is our technical ability, right? So back then it was me being a hairdresser, as an author, speaker, coach. It's working with my clients. The other 85% is what I spend my time doing every day helping clients do. Working on the sales and the marketing operations. The strategy of how to make money, the strategy and how to price your services. The strategy of how do you get clients quicker, faster.
Oh, my gosh, I can't. I'm gonna take like the Suzy Carter, you know, advanced course right here now. So can we start with. You say you need a plan and you work with coaches and a million other people. You know what I see with coaches and I'd love. And obviously we only have 30 minutes, so, you know, but as actionable as this could be, would be amazing. What I see a lot of coaches doing, I'm not going to say wrong, but that blocks them. And I'd love your thoughts is when you say you need a plan, they don't know where to begin to create a plan that generates money. So, for instance, they think that one on one coaching is going to be the answer. And in my view, that is not the answer. That's not sustainable. And unless you're Tony Robbins and have a massive pipeline and of course he has events and a million other things and books that generate the money, but he makes, I've heard, a million a client, so he doesn't have to take many. But what I'm talking about is for so many people, I think that they don't know how to build that plan. About how to generate revenue because it's products and services beyond what they are imagining. Am I correct or am I off the mark there?
No, you're very correct. The first thing I do when I work with an entrepreneur is I look at what's our financial goal, what do we want to create, right? Normally the first level is they want to do 100 grain. Then after that they went to 250, half a million, then a million number. Well, build a million dollar business dysfunctionally, you're just going to have a dysfunctional business, right? And I started creating these worksheets and spreadsheets for me because I would get these numbers from my CPA or my accountant and I felt stupid. I don't understand, why do you have to have two PNLs? One says I have money, one says I don't like why. So I sat with my partner and we created financial forecasting spreadsheets, average ticket worksheets. I could take this complicated thing called business finance and simplify it for myself. Then I would be on the phone with you, Kathy, and I'm like, I have a spreadsheet. Okay, show me it. Oh my God, can I have the spreadsheet? Because people get so excited. I'm like, you want my spreadsheet? I just put it together so I don't feel stupid.
They're like, uh huh. Because I feel stupid every day, right?
So I'm not a cpa, I'm not an accountant, I'm a business person. And so I like to take these complicated things, simplify them so that we can really wrap our mind around how many qualified leads do I need to get to close a sale? Because a lot of people think, oh, I just need 10 clients. So when I go get 10 leads. 10 leads do not equal 10 clients. 10 leads might equal one client if they're qualified. If they're not qualified, it could just be leads. And that's where I see we're like hamsters in a wheel chasing the wrong people, chasing people who can't afford us, right? To sustain your lifestyle, to replace your salary, whatever you were doing in a job. So it's very strategic to me. I'm a creative, right? I'm a butterfly. I'm sparkle, Squirrel. And so systems taught me to more freedom, right? Taught me that if I can just create some duplication, I don't have to keep reinventing it every day. That's why we're fried, Tired. Burnout is because entrepreneurs are in constant, which can be fun, but it's also draining and exhausting so, you know, not.
What we came into business to do, you know, to have a job that doesn't pay us, that's exhausting. I mean, what are we doing here? The only benefit is that you're not. What's that?
You're the boss yourself.
That's what I was gonna say. That's the only benefit. Can you talk to me a little bit about. For, for most people to generate exponential growth, is it not accurate that they have to also have more services or different kinds of services or programs or products? Most people can't take the what they have and have a 3,000% growth. Is that correct or not?
No. I can get you really clear. I find money everywhere, right? And what happens is we're spending our time on the wrong projects. What really frustrates me about the market today is people saying, just put a low hanging fruit together, $97 and people will come. Or $49 or $19.99. Okay. Do you know how many $19, $20 things I have to sell in order to make 100 grand? And that's not. That's just grossing 100 grand. Right. That's a lot of work to do. Right. So you do want to have multiple income streams, but you want to look at what's the highest income producing activity. We start with entrepreneurs. We're creative, so we create all this stuff and then we confuse our client. I got that. I feel like, you know that guy in New York. I got this. I got this.
I got this.
What am I? Like, it's got a wall of watches or the, what do you call them, the black Santas that have the bags with all the fake knockoff purses. Right? I got this. I got this. I got this. It's like, no, no, no, that's me.
That is me. Like even, you know, transparently speaking, when my book was coming out, I thought, why don't I create a course for the book? And my marketing team at the publisher said, hang on here, no, we want to sell the book. You know, I tend to go to the place of how do I make growth easier for people. Let me throw this, this, this, this. You know, it's. You're even helping me. It's even true in if I create an autoresponder. The thing that if someone fills out something and it's full of things, I mean, people need a week to read it.
Right?
So you're talking about, let's recap and make sure I've got it right. Figure out what you're selling, what you have to offer. And how did you articulate it? Not the highest price point, but what, say it again.
The highest income producing activity.
Wow. And how do people determine that it's really about what's.
What am I going to get the paid the most for? And what I want entrepreneurs to think about is what result do you help people produce? Don't talk about your program, don't talk about the book. I'm not talking about the book. I'm talking about financial well being in your business. Right. And the book is a vehicle to get there. Of course, is a vehicle to get there. So I want you to stop selling your program, selling your services and start selling the results. Right. If I look at you're creating, you're selling the most powerful, you tap into that. But you know, that's the title of the book. That's what you know, your, your messages. It's all about empowering. And I'm talking about fiscal wealth, right? Not a book like tap into this. Let's simplify it so that you can make the money that you deserve. So start there, right? And then we can look at what's the next revenue stream and what's the next revenue stream. But let's first revenue stream to capacity. Let's get your marketing in place. I mean let's get it dialed in. I believe business is. Remember when you were in school, like when I was in high school, we had combination locks, right? And one little tick off, that booger would not open, right? And you go around, you do it, one little tick off, you're like, God dang it. And we would sit there, you know, sometimes for five minutes trying to open the safe, right? Well that's business. One tick off, you don't have your marketing right. If you don't have your social media right. If you're. But if you're doing Facebook ads and they're not giving you an roi, don't quit. Just figure out what's the combination. Any kind of ads, Google Ads, YouTube, whatever ads you're doing right now, that's irrelevant. But quit just throwing it out there going, gee, I hope that works. Let's look and let's refine and use.
Data and use numbers. Let's not just sit around and brainstorm. I happen to love data, I love research, you know. So let me ask this because these are things I hear from coaches and other people starting businesses or struggling in their businesses. Do you hear this issue that I know what is the highest income generating activity but I don't like doing it. Do you Hear that problem.
Well, then it's the wrong business.
Right?
Right. You've got to really love what you do. The thing I find more, Kathy, is really people's self worth doesn't match what their goals are. And so your net worth will only go as high as your self worth. Your net worth.
Talk to us about that. So that's, that's all the power gaps, you know, power gap one in my book is not recognizing your special talents, abilities and gifts. And I don't know, I'd love to know the percentage of women you work with versus men. But women struggle with this more than men. They. They might even be able to say, yeah, I'm kind of good at this. But they won't say they're great at it. They are so reluctant to say they're great. Tell us what you think about that. Do you see that?
Well, I think men masquerade better than we do. That's the only difference. They still have the same challenges, but they've been taught that we put the bravado on. We've been taught to be vulnerable and share our feelings. Right? And men were raised in. We don't talk about that stuff. You don't let fear get in your way. They get rejected 10 times more than we do because they're the hunter gatherer. But when I one on one, when I'm in a business meeting with them, I got to work with their bravado. I've got to work with their ego. But once we put that aside, it's human beings. We're all the same, right? We have that negative mind chatter that says, I'm not good enough. I'm not smart enough, I'm not pretty enough, I'm not thin enough, I'm not this enough. Whatever the enough is, we all have it. And so until you come to terms with that, I have clients that will do 5, 10 million dollars, but they're spending 12 million. Well, we're still not wealthy. We're still broke and broken. And so if I don't, if we as entrepreneurs. Right. Me too. I've got coaches. I've got two business coaches, three finance coaches, a fitness coach, and a personal development coach, AKA therapist. Right?
Love it.
I love it. I'm playing a big game and my sabotage, my little voice in my head, that poor girl that grew up in the ghetto, right? Or the barrio where ours was. The barrio, right. Comes up and says, who do you think are? Well, I don't think I am. I'm a gift from God and my gift back. God Is.
And you're what? Say that again. You cut out.
I'm a gift from God. And my gift back to God is what I do with my life.
How beautiful.
We're all here for a higher purpose. So I don't want you to do something for money, because that's not fulfilling. I want you to do what you love. And let's figure out how to monetize it, because then you never work. I don't work. Right. My work starts when I stop working. Like right now. What I'm working on is, what do I do when I stop working? What are the fun things? What are the things that bring me joy? Because I love what I do. I'm like, but wait, you're like, we only have 30 minutes. Let's come for an encore. Cause more. I've got so much more.
Wow. Your messages are so cool. And they dovetail, but they also. What's the word? Push up against mine. Because tell me what you think. I say to people. You know, what I hear is, Kathy, I've heard that if you are doing the right work, you're never working in the day in your life. And I go, bull. I say, bull. It's work. And if you're doing your work right, you're stretching. And stretching ain't easy. It is not going to the movies. It is not playing tennis. It's not the walk at the beach with your friend. You are stretching. And for most people, that's hard. So I dispel. I like to dispel that. It's work, people. But if you love it, it's the most rewarding thing you do in the day.
I feel nobody likes to go to the gym. I like the result the gym gives me. I don't want to get out of bed. I like my bed. I want to get on that peloton, right? I want to eat, you know, my chips and salsa. But I do it because of the result. And the same with work. Yes. I get tired, I get frustrated. I get. I have my failures and my successes, but the reality is I love it. I love it because it calls me to something greater than I know myself to be. Playing in your essence, and you're playing out to make a difference, Right? Again, it can't just be about money. Once it got to be about money. For me, back in the day, when I was a hairdresser and owned a salon, it became about money, and it wasn't fun anymore, right? And I was like, what else do I want to do? Because whatever you make money, who cares? Like you. I know that sounds crazy for those of you that not have that experience, but you kind of get to the place of, like, what else is there? You know, it's like, goes back to when we're in school. Maslow's hierarchy of needs.
Love it.
Food, shelter, clothing. Handled and survival. Handled and belonging. Handled. You're like, what's next? What can I do? How can I contribute? Right. And really tap into that? I think that's the gift. Now, some people go, well, I don't know what my calling is. Well, you got to listen. You got to be quiet. You got to listen to the knock. Right. Some people hear it when it's just a tap. And then other people, you're like, have to be. That's your destiny.
That's it. The thing that's slapping you across the face. I love it. All right, let me ask a few things. When you see that it's a worthiness issue, do you work with people on that or do you send them somewhere? How do you. The bigger question, is anyone listening? Who goes, look, this is me. I have a worthiness problem. I'm making 100 grand. I have an inkling I could make, you know, five times that. But a part of me is, who the heck do you think you are? Do you work with that particularly, Susie?
No. I refer them out to either a therapist or a coach or me or you, Kathy, to go, listen, I'll touch on it. Oh, you need it. I'll recognize the signs of it. But it doesn't make sense to pay me for that. Right? Let me.
Let me. Yeah. Come to me when there's a readiness and that every dollar you're spending with me is being used with my gifts. Your gifts. Right, right.
And do it simultaneously. I do. Right. I'm pushed up against my own upper limit conversations of, am I deserving and should I do it? Is it all ego based? And so someone has to be coaching the coach. I have to have a strong coach. I don't want yes people around me. I want someone to call me on my craft and say, susie, you know, here's where you are. Here's where you're at. Here's what's stopping you. That's just human being. And so if I'm willing enough to be gracious enough of myself because I believe it's the biggest gift I can give myself and my children. Right. To stay in that conversation of, who can I be in the world? How can I be a better human being? How can I be a better mom, a better Business person, a better friend, a better lover. Right. That takes work. That doesn't just happen.
Right.
That's why most marriages fail, because you get in and you're like, this is it. This is marriage. Like, hold up. No, I love it like that.
And you know, one particular thing that really resonated that I love, I think we'd all be lying to the world and to ourselves if. If we didn't recognize that our ego is quite active in these processes. And it can be, you know, the kiss of death for success when you get so, you know, I talk about, you know, my book has just come out so I can get a little obsessive about the metrics on Amazon on. And I have done a lot of work around, you know, in fact, I had a little talk with my higher self that if you're looking at the metrics like this, it's all about you. It's about you. It's about you needing validation. Because the book can get out to a million people in ways that Amazon's metrics aren't going to show it. Does this resonate with you? Do you agree with me that ego can get in the way? A frail ego or an overblown ego or a needy ego? Do you think so?
Absolutely. That's why everybody powerful on your side in your business world, in your personal world, you know, to allow you to navigate, especially as you get more accomplished. I don't know about you, Kathy, but it's harder to find people that can coach me, that can really, you know, stand nose to nose because it's not theory or concept. We're playing a big game.
Right.
You've got to have people that have been. That are 10 steps ahead of you and that can see your journey, see what's coming before it comes. That's one of my gifts. I've built multimillion dollar companies. I've had seven companies.
Really.
I started mine too. Are dismal failure because I had partners and I don't know what the hell I was doing because I was scared. I didn't think I could do it alone.
Right.
See, but those taught me. They taught me what to do and not do it. Taught me about agreements. It talked to me about, let's have the conversations up front. So all those things, I've got to have coaches in my corner that can be with me and be strong enough to be with me because I can be very strong and to go, wait, hold on. You know, let's check your ego because that's the last thing my, my heart I'm a very loving person. And, you know, people can be scared of me. And I'm like, you're scared of me. I'm just such a love bug.
Yeah, but you're a powerful love bug.
You scaring me, lady.
You're scaring us.
Oh, okay. Let me just like, let me just. Let me dial it back. I can hear that right now. I just laugh and say you might be scared of me. And the topic I'm teaching is intense, right? It's business finance, where most people want to stick their head in the sand.
And go, someone else do this for me, please. You know?
Yeah, fun stuff. This is fun. Promise you, building wealth and building your financial well being is so much fun once you get over the scariness of it. And I give you tools, like skills.
Simple.
Like, let's do this. We'll get you this. Right? The first thing we always do is put together that financial plan so you can see it and see how hard you're making it. We make it too hard as entrepreneurs. Right. It doesn't have to be the struggle, the. Oh, my God.
All right, give us. I'm aware of our time and I don't want to take too much because I know you're launching your amazing book. Can you give us maybe three tactics that an entrepreneur listening who wants that growth, you know, three tactics.
Tactics.
You know, you talk about you have a roadmap. Can I get into the weeds with you about that? What would you have? Let's say I come to you and say I'm making 200 grand and I really want that next step to be 500 grand. What should I do with you?
So the first thing we have to do is get it out of your head, the whole plan out of your head.
Okay. Right.
Who that ideal client is. And the ideal client is the person that can afford you. It's not somebody that just loves you like my client can afford me and pay me on time. I'm a seasoned business person. Pays me on time. They love and adore me, and I love and adore them. Now, that might seem shallow, but I'm done pushing people uphill. Right. So choose and choose wisely. So there's several different business planning software out there. There's one called Live Plan, and there's one the Business Power tools. It is a template that asks you questions. You answer the question, ask you questions, answer the question. I don't get a rap share of that. It's just we have to have it. I got to get it out of your head. If I get it out of your head. Then anyone that comes onto your team, your marketing person, your social media person, your PR person gets to see what you're up to in the world. And you don't have to keep repeating yourself, right? Or you don't have to keep making it up. Make it up once and then just refine it and go, am I still aligned with that? What products? Get all those products in your head. Like, I want to do an academy. I want to create a widget and gidget. I want to create whatever it is. Get it all out of your head. And then we go. Then we look at the plan and go, what's going to make us money first? Because a lot of people, when you start, you have what we call an investor or your job, and then. And then to replace your job income or your investment income, we've got to see the financial wherewithal to that. So then the number two.
Your financial what, Susie? I didn't hear it.
Your wherewithal.
Wherewithal. Gotcha.
So then the second piece is your financial blueprint. I created a spreadsheet that lets you know how many units you need to sell, right. What your conversion rate is going to be, and then I'll show you the orders that we're going to make. So there's no guessing game. If you don't sell 10 things this month, you're not going to hit your goal. And then did you do that? Are going to send the 10 things? Did you pick up the phone? Did you speak? Did you go meet people? Did you have a campaign? If the answer is no, we're not going to hit the goal. So it's not. They didn't like me. No, you just weren't in front of enough people. Right. So once you look numbers and you. And you boil it down, it's so easy. I keep telling my clients, you're making it too hard. You don't have to be on the struggle bus with this. Like, let's be on a prosperity bus, right? Let's really create care. Right?
I love it. Now, question for you. Do you find that many people, like I see, resist the idea of sales? That I mean, ew, why do I have to do this? It's gross, it's icky, it's use car salesman. Is that one of the key problems you see in why people aren't reaching their revenue goals, that they think marketing and sales is sleazy?
Well, they just don't know how to do it right. So if you look at in chapter six, we talk About? Just use this script. I've been using this script for 30 years.
Oh, let's hear it.
30 years. I have the script in the book, so I pull it up every time I'm on a call. I know the script. I've been doing this for 30 years. But I pull it up on my screen because I know I'm a coach. And if I don't follow the script, I'll start coaching you. And then I give you the buffet versus just the aperture.
Just so what?
Versus the appetizer.
The appetizer, Right.
We try to give too much to prove our value. You can't give it all if you give it all in one setting. I'm not hungry anymore. I don't need you. Like, thank you. Because most people, when I talk to them, they're like, I just give so much to my clients, then they don't need me. Well, that's a problem, right? Don't give it all away. It's like dating. Your mama always told you, don't give it away. Hold them cookies. It's the same thing.
Oh, I love it. All right, I'm going to ask one more question. Can I?
Yes.
I'd really love your candid thoughts when you said, look, know what your worth is? Charge what you deserve. You know, I'm tired of pushing the bus up the hill. Can I tell you what, what I feel?
Yes.
I'm not cheap to work with one on one. But I do not only want to serve wealthy people, that doesn't make me happy. That isn't what I'm doing. So what I have decided to do is have a bevy of free materials. Whether that's this, PODC or free assessments. I've already created them. Have at it. And I'll even be transparent and share. I have a course that's not cheap and it's 16 weeks with me. But I've made the video part of that course available on Udemy, which is a course platform for $14. It's a sunk cost for me. I created this six years ago. It's no skin off my nose. It makes me overjoyed that now 160 people have taken it. Five star ratings. So that's my way. I'm really okay with charging what I do for the premier value of my time. What do you think about that? Does that feel like, oh, she's still giving away too much?
No, I think that resonates exactly with what I'm up to in the world. And the reality is you're not buying. I'm not buying your time. I'm buying the results you want me to create. So I help clients double, triple, quadruple their revenue. Right. And then help them put a well strategy in place for themselves. So that's what I'm selling. And yes, there's a premium price for that. So we've got many different programs so you can get some stuff for free. That's our video blog, that's our YouTube videos. We call them Suzy snacks. Right. So they're just a bite sized information for your cocktail for success. You know, it's just a little snippet. So if you can't afford to work with me one on one, Right. Then you can take, have that free stuff. And then we have lower hanging fruit. Right. But it's all the same content. The more access they have to you, the more intimacy they have with you, the higher the price point.
I love it that I'm on the right track and I'm looking at your test. Yay. And here's your book, which is affordable for most people and you have 10 books. So I'm so thrilled to hear it. Because if the answer were no, you're underselling. I'd say, well, this doesn't fit what I'm doing in the world and that makes me sad. Good. All right. I'm on the right track. Yay. Now, if you would like, leave us with one thing, that if you're standing in front of 10,000 entrepreneurs who don't are not making what they need to personally and in their business, what's the one thing you want us all to know? And then tell us where we learn about your book, where we learn more about you. Tell us everything.
I would say that most people get stopped by fear and fear leads you to believe that where you are right now is a safe place and going forward is a risk. But the truth is you're always at risk when you're standing still. Risk of stagnating, but more importantly, risk of missing out on your own destiny. So I invite you to hold fear in one hand, courage in the other, and jump. And along the way down, miracles will happen. Find the right people that can coach you. The right people that are aligned with you. Right. Aligned with your mission and your values and what you want to do in the world. Right. Kathy and I are talking about we want to change the world. It's not just about money.
Right.
We want to serve humanity, give to humanity. And I believe that's a big roi you know, that's good karma that comes back and so if I can help you, right, you can go to poweryourprofitsbook.com and then when you go there, you get some juicy bonuses. You get about $5,000 worth of bonus. So the book is $28. And I give you $5,000 worth of bonuses because I know you're gonna want, like so much. It's kid in a candy store. So I'm trying to give you a 360 learning experience so that we can tap in all your senses and truly transform your business.
I love it.
I love every word.
Thank you, Susan. I've learned so much. All right, people, I pray that this is instrumental for you. I mean, your last comment, Susie, is so, so it. Yes, we're afraid. Yes. And as you said, we're all the same in that I would say most of us, unless you're a narcissist, really don't think you're enough, that you're afraid of your success. That's what you're afraid of. I think most people. So if you can overcome that or you know what? We don't overcome our fears. We walk through our fears. You know, they don't just evaporate. And then when you. Right when you stretch your arms, you're bumping up against even more things that different things that make you afraid again. But the point is you keep moving, and that's the ROI that you really are becoming the most powerful you and living your highest potential, which Susie helps you do. Oh. If you're not inspired and maybe a little afraid in hearing this, then you know, we haven't done our job. So I hope you'll check out Susie's book. I'm going to. Can't wait. Thank you for your time and thank you for your work and thank you for overcoming what. What you've overcome to be able to sit here and shine those eyes and tell us from a place of doing what's possible. Thank you. Thank you so much. All right. You know, people, I share this wherever you know, I am on social. I'm sure Sus will as well ask us your questions. You know, I heard this. I'm doing this. I'm struggling with this. And either of us or both will do our best to answer your questions. Hope you feel inspired to be your finding brave self, your most powerful self. And thanks again, Susie. Come back again for round two.
Encore. I love it.
Right. Six months after your book is a best seller, you'll come back. Thanks, everybody, and we'll see you next time. Thank you so.
