How to stop saying I'm sorry when you're not. This is a critical topic for women that I work with every day. Women apologizing for what they feel, think and believe. It's a huge problem because every word you utter and every thought you say to yourself is broadcasting energy and that energy is impacting how people see you and treat you. There are key reasons why women apologize more than men do, and it comes from the cultural training we receive. But we need to shift this if we want to experience the success, impact and reward that we deserve. Of course, if you're truly sorry for something you've done, apologize, but don't say sorry when you're not. I've just published a new issue of my LinkedIn newsletter, the finding Braids Circle, all about how to stop saying I'm sorry when you're not. I hope you'll check this out and I hope it's really helpful for you.
