Hello, everybody. Kathy Caprio here. How are you? Welcome to my Facebook Live Tuesday Brave Up Tuesday. How you doing? All right. Are we making sure everything's running here? Let's see. Okay, looking good. I want to tell you in my office, my home office, and there's a woodpecker pecking. And it's going to be pecking. I tried to shoo him. We have things hanging and he's not going away. So that's what the rat a tat is. And I'm sorry for that. All sorts of challenges, Jay. All right, so thank you for joining me today. I want to talk about everything having to do with coaching. Coaching as a business, coaching as an endeavor, coaching as a practice. A few things. I'm aiming this 30 minutes for anyone considering coaching, anyone who is a coach, either new or seasoned, and they want more success, more impact, more money, more joy, more reward. And I'm aiming this also for everyone who I hear from thousands of people who fit this bill, but people who are in the corporate world who say, I've had it, I'm done and I really want to help people. I think I want to be a coach. I want to aim this at you as well. And I believe that everything I'm going to share here is going to be helpful for entrepreneurs and startups who have a product or service to sell. I think all of this is going to relate. So there we are. I have a lot to cover. I want to tell you the background context for this, why this is so important to me. And I do want you to write your questions as well. I'll do my best to leave some time at the end and answer your questions. But here's the background for this. And those of you who followed me and heard some videos know this story. But I had an 18 year corporate career in marketing and publishing and membership services. And I officially became a coach in 2005 and launched my business and my practice. And that was after this marketing career and after becoming a therapist. And I have to tell you, I thought, because I know marketing, it's going to be a snap for me to make $100,000. I never for a minute questioned that. And that was mistake number one. I made every mistake in the book. So everything I'm sharing with you I feel from my heart and soul is so important to share. Because if I made these errors and mistakes and missteps after having a very big corporate career in marketing and business and business development, then probably so are thousands. And they are. So first of all, I made those mistakes Secondly, I hear from a lot of coaches, hundreds of coaches a year. And in the beginning, early on, I sat on the Connecticut board, board of the icf, the International Coach Federation. And I also, you know, surveyed and interviewed lots of coaches. And I want to tell you, they didn't want to admit it, but the vast majority of them were not making a living. So, you know, the research shows that the average salary of a professional coach is around 49,000. The median is, of course, lower than that. And I want to tell you from everybody I've heard from, people are making much less than that. The majority, some are making a million. But most of the new coaches I hear from aren't even making $20,000. Now, for some, that's enough. It's a side thing, it's a hobby. And that's good for the, the people, the women that I hear from, that's not nearly enough. And they're going broke. And also the challenge is while they're only making twenty thousand, they've invested maybe a hundred thousand or eighty thousand on a website on branding, on trying to launch a course on everything they hear they're supposed to do. And so they're broke. So last year, after hearing from so many struggling coaches, I said, I have got to do something about this. I've got to do something. So what I decided to do was two things. I created a four part free video series for anyone who wants to see it on the six critical C's steps to building high impact coaching success fast. And I'll tell you what those six essential Cs are. It's powerful stuff and it's information I wish I'd known in 2005. And if I had, I wouldn't have lost the money I lost. And I lost a lot of it. I went into debt because of how blind I was on the realities of coaching. And I wouldn't have had the pain and the struggle and the suffering. I would have just understood what was required. Secondly, you know, the coaching industry has changed so much. So much of it is online. A lot of people don't even have training now. They just hang their shingles. Please tell fast. All right, I'll do my best. Thank you. A lot of people are just hanging their shingles with no, no training, which really gets my goat. And you're gonna hear why. You've got to be trained. You've got to be trained. You can't just go from being an HR director or a marketing director and say, you know, I know how to help people. I'll Be a coach. Boy, that bothers me. Big bugaboo. So this four part series is everything I have learned in 11 years and everything I teach the coaches who are coming to me for help. The other thing I want to share with you is once a year I give a 17 week coach certification training and in this course I am meeting weekly for 17 weeks and I'll talk about that in a minute. But I am teaching anyone who's in that course my model for change, which we're going to hear about why that's so important. And also all those marketing and branding and selling and sales and business development concepts and information and strategies you need. So just in case you want to zip over and look at that video series, it's at Kathy Caprino.com backslash six steps. So let me jump in. What are the six essential C's? Here they are. And I'm going to talk in depth about three of them because that's the only time. That's as much time as I can give. So the six essential Cs are, number one, clarity. You have got to be extremely clear on what you're doing as a coach, who you are serving, how you want to run your business, the business model that you want and who you want to help and how you want to do it. So there's a lot of ways that you need to be clear. And so many people who start as coaches are not. And I'm going to talk about that. The second is confidence. New coaches and even seasoned coaches who aren't making any money lack confidence. The problem with that is you can't sell yourself. And you know, just Yesterday someone on LinkedIn responded to a post I wrote about are you thinking about being a coach? Here's what you need to know. Go check that out. And I wrote something on Forbes about are you ready to take a leap as an entrepreneur? Go check that out. But the woman was a sales trainer and she said, you know, she sees so many coaches not understanding that you have to be facile and comfortable at sales, at selling. And so many women in particular I work with, women are not comfortable. They're not comfortable. They don't have the confidence to talk about what they do in a powerful way, in a compelling way. And they can't sell. If you can't sell offline, you can't sell online. So that's really important. The third is connection. What new and seasoned coaches don't understand often is you cannot do this alone. Let's say you want to earn $100,000 and I'm coming from a place where my business now generates multiple six figures. And that was a long time coming, I gotta tell you. But what they don't understand is you simply cannot do this alone. You can't just whip up a website and say, here's what I do and then expect people to come. It doesn't work like that. You need referral partners, you need affiliates, you need ambassadors, you need people who love you. All right, the fourth C, this critical step to more reward and success in your coaching world is a competitive advantage and I am going to share more about this. You need to understand how you are different from every other coach on this planet. And if you don't know that, you have to stop and figure it out. And I'll stop there because we're going to talk in depth about that. The fifth step C is communication and marketing savvy. Wow. There's so much to say about that. But if you know nothing about marketing and nothing about online marketing, you're going to struggle because today coaching is an online endeavor. What I mean BY that is 10 years ago we weren't doing it online. We weren't even there wasn't even social media to share you yourself on. So it was one on one coaching and that was the model. That's not the model today. That is sustainable. In other words, for you to get to earn the money you want to get and do it only one on one so that people are paying you by the hour, you have to reach thousands and thousands and thousands of people to fill that pipeline. And truthfully, it's an exhausting model because you have to work on your business and in your business you have to business development and client development and then you have to give the coaching and it's just not sustainable today. So it's an online world and that requires online marketing savvy. And if you don't have it, you're going to struggle because let's say you're a health coach. What happens now is someone in Switzerland wants a health coach, they Google it and they're going to find Susie Q, who's in Virginia, who has a million followers in her health coaching. And because coaching is done on the phone or done via Skype or Zoom, it can be virtual, so you don't need the local person. So you're going to go to the health coach that has a million followers and is putting out amazing videos and content and thought leadership and blogs and they're talking to you as if they're in your head and they Understand what your challenges are. That's another piece. Well, we're going to talk about niche. Finally. Number six is you need a proven model for change. Nobody ever taught me this, and I didn't even know what that term meant until I was writing my book, Breakdown Breakthrough. After interviewing over a hundred women about how they experienced professional crisis. Oh, I love it. I love it. Thank you for thumbs up. After I interviewed 100 women about their professional crises and how they overcame it, I began to write a book. And I got a book deal with Barrett Kohler. Great publishers. And the editors kept saying, okay, what is your model for change? And I'd say, I don't even understand what you mean. What do you mean, model for change? And what she said is, and I believe this is the most impactful thing a coach can do. You have to understand the model, the process, and the methodologies that you bring everybody through, no matter what their challenges are. It's a process from beginning to end that you bring your clients through, that you understand what the outcomes will be. You can't make guarantees because, you know, this is not car manufacturing. The individual, the person you're coaching, has to put, you know, the. Their full effort and commitment into it. But if you've done this right, you have a model for change that you know basically every step of the way, what's happening and where you're bringing them and where they're going to come out. I love your questions. I am definitely. Where are you live? Right here on this page. Right here. So you should be watching this live. Hope so. And if you're not seeing me live, you're going to see this when I post it in about a half hour. Okay. All right. Proven model for change. So let me go back. And I'm talking about clarity, competitive advantage, and proven model for change. Let's talk about clarity. I can't tell you how many coaches say to me, I don't really have a niche. I can really coach anything. I can't tell you how I disagree with that. And a lot of coach training schools tell you that. And I want to tell you, I. I'm not trying to make coach training schools out to be the bad guy. But they're not marketing trainers. They're teaching you coaching skills. But they don't understand, if you ask me, from what I'm seeing, the true realities of what it is to make a living doing this work. And I think, frankly, they don't want to talk about the hard truth because it will scare people away if it's a Coaching training school, they need students, so they're not talking about the realities. You're going to find the realities in information like this or other coaches who are ready to tell you the harsh reality. So if you say, I think I really can coach anything, I want to ask you to think about this. If you're having a deep health challenge and you want to go to a health coach, or let's talk about my work careers, are you going to go to a coach that says on their website I talk about relationships, divorce, health, careers, love, money? No, you shouldn't go to that person. Why? Because you need expertise. Well, that's your competitive advantage. You need to have a niche that is very deep and narrow. And you know, again, some people aren't going to agree and, and I'm going to be talking about coaching at the highest level. And that isn't necessarily what coach training schools teach. If you ask me, when you go to someone to be a coach, what do you want? Do you want someone who really has never lived your challenges, doesn't know the first thing about what you're dealing with? Or do you want someone who's lived it, overcome it, can teach it, but also can coach it and be a consultant? What I believe is coaching is expensive and people, when they want to invest, they want to make sure they're working with someone who understands and has lived the challenges. That's like a mentor coach. That's why I get clients the pipeline fills, because I talk about the challenges of professional women, mid to high level, and they know that I've lived it. In fact, when in my new member packet, I'll say, what drew you to Kathy Caprino? And they invariably say, she's lived the challenges. I've lived and overcame them. So if you think I can coach anything, you're mistaken because you need to have deep expertise. That comes over time. So what happens when you identify a niche is that. Look at mine. For instance. Mostly I work with women 35 to 55 who've had mid to high level success and experience and they want something very different because I've worked with literally thousands of people, 11,000 people in 11 years and many more in the webinars. It's a shortcut. I know exactly. You know, I wrote a book on the 12 hidden crises, so I know exactly what's in the way and I know some powerful strategies to help them overcome that. So that's what a niche does. You've had years of experience and when you're just starting out, I know you don't have years, you have weeks. I get that. But if you start to intensively focus and gain clarity on what are the challenges my clients in my niche are going to bring to me and what are the best solutions to help them overcome it, you're going to start standing out. So you really have to know, who do you want to help? Here's some tips. When you're starting out, you don't know. So you might take, you know, for me, I might take a depressed middle aged woman, a high level senior vice president, someone just starting out. What you need to do is start looking at how do I feel when I see these people on my calendar? How do I feel when I'm talking about their challenges? Where do I feel like I'm really rocking it? Where do I feel like I don't resonate at all? Where do I feel like I don't even like this individual? I don't like these challenges. You got to be brutally honest with yourself. And also you have to brave up and say, I don't really like working with this. If you've listened to my videos, you know, I was a therapist after a corporate exec. And while the training was amazing, I did not enjoy the darkness of the therapeutic experience. Rape, incest, pedophilia, drug addiction, suicidality, cutting. I didn't enjoy it, but it took me way too long to admit that to myself. If I admitted, had admitted that up front, I probably would have morphed into career coaching even sooner. So ask yourself, who do I love serving? And then how do I get as much information and expertise in that narrow niche as I can? That's the clarity that you need. You also need clarity about the challenges. So let me state them again. It's an intensely competitive environment and it's a global environment and an online environment. So what you're going to need to do, I believe this, and a lot of trainers don't train this. But as a marketing person, for my entire career I've seen this. You're going to have to present yourself online, in your website and beyond that in a way that demonstrates your expertise. And some of the really powerful ways to do that are writing. So you can have a blog on your own website, you can write a blog on LinkedIn. You know, you all know I adore LinkedIn. 260,000 followers now and growing. And it's because I said when they opened up the publishing platform a few years ago, I went, okay, I'll try it. Well, that trying it generated 3 million views in a post a few months later. And then LinkedIn came here and did a video. You can find that under why I publish on LinkedIn. You can just do a Google search. Why I publish on LinkedIn. Caprino. LinkedIn for coaches is fantastic because if you're a professional coach dealing with professional issues, 450 million people are on LinkedIn. There it is. It's a fantastic platform so you can start writing. And what you want to write about is not any topic under the sun, but a topic in your niche. Remember that every word you write is going to attract more of that. So you want to start talking about the issues that you're dealing with in coaching or issues that are vitally important and that you're passionate about, because it's going to attract more of that. So, clarity, we need you to understand. I need you to understand that you have to demonstrate your expertise and your special amazingness in how you help clients overcome their particular challenges. And when you do that, you will start building a following. And that's what you need. You need a tribe, and you need a following. Again, you cannot do this on your own. Okay, that's clarity. So what am I doing? Who am I doing it for, and how am I doing it in a way that no one else is doing it? And I know in the beginning that's a little daunting, like, oh, I don't know the answers. You will if you throw yourself into this work with passion and gusto and commitment and perseverance. What it requires is you kind of basically split your head open in half as you're working with clients. First of all, you're attending very deeply and with incredible presence and mindfulness. You're helping your clients, but you're also watching yourself. What is the process that I'm going through that's different from her process? You know, I'm a career coach. So is Kathy, but I do it differently. I focus on blip. So you need to start understanding that the second C I want to talk about is competitive advantage. Okay, so what this basically means is you're going to need to understand everything that you bring to this coaching work that no one else does. So I'm really riffing on what I just said there. So, for instance, if you're a millennial and everything you learned about careers led you to something you hated, you want to use that. Maybe you want to work with millennials who've all been. You know, I have two kids who are millennials, and my goodness, number one, they've learned from. They see what's going on with Their middle aged parents. And many of them go, I don't want that. Like, a lot of middle aged people are getting laid off in the corporate world. So things that, you know, they've been there 20 years at IBM, GE, wherever it is, and they're getting laid off in ways that are brutal. And millennials might say, wow, that's not for me. Whatever it is, look at who you are and look at what you've experienced. And, and I love to say, turn your mess into a message. Find a way that you can use everything that you are. And I think, you know, in my brave up TED Talk, tedx talk, I talked about this. And let me say it again. Who you are is not a random occurrence. It's your cultural training, it's your ancestral background. It's the traumas and tribulations you've had. It's the amazing triumphs and the devastating falls, right? It's the relationships that healed you or the relationships that crushed you. It's everything. And you want to bring that to what you're doing. And you want to be honest and authentic and transparent and speak from a place of truth. You don't want to have a facade of success when you're not. Now, I know that's a balance that you have to strike. But I'll tell you this, I see a lot of coaches, websites, and they're all saying the same darn thing. How can that be? Because they use the same copywriter. And I remember one woman, she had this very polished website and she talked about guaranteed outcomes. And this is, you know, with all the women that I work with, this is what happens. And we spoke on the phone and I said, wow, how many people have you worked with? Two. I got mad. Two. Two people. And you're talking about guaranteed outcomes. That's a lie. That's not good marketing. That's a lie. I'm getting a little on my soapbox. I'm sorry. Don't lie. Why? Oh, there's so many reasons why not to lie. But lying catches up with you. Lying is incredibly obvious to many people who are in tune to energy. There's even, you know, when I was in therapy training and when I was receiving therapy, there's a modality called energy testing. Literally, you test the energy of your system. And the research has shown that when you lie, you become weaker. I see it, I can hear it and see it and feel it. When people are lying or people are embellishing, it's not good for your confidence. So then you might say, well, what do I say if I have no experience, you say the truth. Passionate about helping women, right? Always speak the truth, don't lie. So your competitive advantage, if it's built on a lie, you're going to fail because you won't be able. When people call you and say, hey, I see that you have a package of four sessions. Can I talk to you about it? Which of course you need to because they're plunking down a lot of money. They need to make sure you're the right one. If your website and your promises are built on a lie, they will feel it and it'll go very badly for you. So what do you do instead? Speak the truth, build the truth, build your competence, build your confidence and start to look at how am I really different. So I mentioned this in the TED talk. I don't know if I mentioned this in a video, but I will. I'm going to give you language that you can use and modify for the truth of you. If someone says, kathy, why should I come to you for coaching? Or you know, I get paid a lot to speak, why should we hire you as a speaker? I'll say these four facts. Talk about the facts of you, not the hyperbole and not the lies. Facts. One, I had an 18 year corporate career and so I understand the challenges professional women face deeply and I've lived to overcome them. Number two, I'm a trained marriage and family therapist, coach and energy healer. All of that makes my coaching different. It feels different and it's experienced differently. And I have a special lens into what keeps people stuck. I call them the power gaps because I had so many and I had to work so hard to understand them and identify them and overcome them. I can feel them in five minutes on the phone. And knowing how to help you understand your power gaps, I help you overcome them quickly. Number three, I've spent 11 years focused on professional women. I wrote the book on it, the Professional Women's Crises Breakdown Breakthrough. And I can honestly say I feel like I know professional women's challenges better than almost anybody on the planet. And number four, I'm an entrepreneur and I understand what the living reality is. Oh, I love your. Thank you folks. Of bringing yourself to market and leveraging and monetizing who you are and what you offer. Not easy. I mean, anyone who had a corporate life like I did, where you're not monetizing, you're getting paid for a job you do, it's very different from monetizing your talents in the world. Really different. Really difficult, challenging so I'll say those four things, and those are facts. I don't have any problem saying those. And what's wonderful about facts, either people are going to resonate and go, wow, I got to work with Kathy, or it doesn't resonate. And I want to tell you this. It's at a point where if someone's still hemming and hawing and can I talk to five people who worked with you? And I say, you know what? We're not a good fit. Because you would know it. You would listen to a video and say, I have to work with Kathy, so we're not a good fit. I'm going to say goodbye. And usually they're shocked. But I feel like if with everything out there, everything that's out there about me, the 25 million views, the videos, if you really still don't know, that's an issue with you, you are not ready. And I don't need to sell that anymore. Know the facts of you sit down with the 10 with a white piece of paper and write down the 20 facts of who you are and what you care about and what you're passionate about and leverage those in your competitive advantage. Okay? The third thing is proven model for change. So, as I said, my editor said when I was writing Breakdown, Breakthrough, what's your model for change? And I didn't have one. And I want to be really honest here. When I was studying therapy at Fairfield University, it was an amazing master's program. It totally changed my life, and it changed the way I look at everything. And how you learned therapy was you learned different models for change. So there was Salvador Mnuchin's and Virginia Satirs, and there was structural and there was hierarchical, you know, models for change, power, communication, all sorts of amazing models for change. And I have to say, most of them were male models from men. And they were from years ago, 20, 30, 40 years ago. And I only realized this after I became a coach. And I'm really being honest here. I wanted to create a model. I wanted to be known for creating a model for change that could help people. And I realized in the therapeutic world, it was going to take years and years and years, but in the coaching world, I really felt I could do it. I felt that there was the freedom of thinking, the freedom of knowledge and training. It was a wide open field. I really wanted to build that proven model for change. But what I'm talking about is the steps that you take everyone through. So two things. How do you build it as you start doing your coaching Work watch the questions you ask. What do you attend to, what do you focus on that someone else wouldn't even see? Right? Start to understand how you view your teachable point of view, how you view change, how you view progress, how you see people as they're stuck. Now, a lot of more traditional coach training programs wouldn't talk about you having a proven model for change. I want to take this conversation to the next level and say the key is for you to use yourself as a vessel, as a tool to help your client. And that means you're bringing everything that you are. You're not a tabula rasa, you're not a blank slate. You are bringing who you are to this process. And I feel that requires you understanding what are the steps you need to take people through that are predictable, reliable, and will generate consistent outcomes? If you don't know that, you're gonna have to learn it. So watch yourself. What do I focus on? You know, in session one? What do I find I'm doing in session two? What, what then am I doing? For me, for instance, session one is, is a full career path self assessment. So they fill out my form. And this is another thing. You do want to leverage tools and surveys and qualitative assessments. I'm not the biggest fan of quantitative assessments. Although they're useful, you want to leverage tools because they become shortcuts to what's going on now. I felt I had to create my own. I didn't want to use someone else's assessment tool. I wanted to tailor my own to what I'm attending to with this client. So the first session is an hour and it's incredibly exploratory where I ask a thousand questions and the whole point is for them to gain clarity. So that's what my session one is. But every session has, has a theme, has an outcome that we're going for. So I'm asking you to think about what is your model for change and start building one. Why not you? Okay, now I'm going to share this with you. For new coaches. Oh, I'm already over. But I'm going to take your questions too. For new coaches, they say I don't even know where to begin with this model for change. I'm just too brand new. And I understand that. And so I just want to tell you this. I do have one that I teach in this course, in the certification course. It's my amazing career project model. It's a 16 week model where every step builds on the step before. So, you know, I train Coaches in this model that has worked with hundreds and hundreds of people. And, you know, I really believe it's a proven, transformative model that brings people from I don't know what I want and I don't know who I am to I know what I want and I know how to get it, and I know how amazing I am now. That's what this model brings people through. So if you're. I've covered a lot here, and I am going to take questions. What I want to send you to is my link to the four videos that cover all of these in depth. And again, it's everything I wish someone had taught me. And if someone had told me this stuff, I wouldn't have made the big mistakes I made and I wouldn't have wasted some much time and so much money. And so again, that link is Kathy Caprino.com Six Steps Free. Sign up. Go for it. It's all there for you to learn. All right, I hope that was helpful. Let me take some questions. I can't read them the way the phone is right now. All right, let me get. Let me get my glasses on. All. How to start an online marketing in India. Wow. That's a very deep question. And I don't know, is it Shubkaran? What a beautiful name. Thank you. Why don't you write me about that? Because I don't know if you're referring to coaching or online marketing in general. It's a big process. You don't just start it overnight. You have to have a product to sell, and that can. If you're a coach, that can be a course. That can be a set of service packages, it can be a video, it can be a training program. You have to create something to market first. You know, that was the discussion I was having with the woman on LinkedIn about sales. Sales are important, but first you've got to have something of value to sell, and that does not happen overnight. So do write me on Facebook and just send me a little more about your question. I'll do what I can to answer. How do I. How do you get my book? Thank you for asking. It's Breakdown Breakthrough. You can find that on Amazon. And you just go into Amazon and look at Breakdown Breakthrough, Caprino, and you'll. You'll find the link. I hope you. I hope you love it. All right, anybody else have questions? Who else? Who else is on? Who's a coach? And. Oh, Miranda. Hi, Miranda. This is fun. I love it. Miranda says thank you for doing this. What's the Investment for your amazing career project certification. Yeah, it's $2,997 for 17 weeks. And watch the video series first. You know, it's exactly what I'm talking about here. Watch that four part video. If you say, holy cow, I got to learn this stuff, then this course is for you. If you go, huh, I don't know, then it's not. So watch that free series, kathycaprino.comsixTeps so the $29.97 price is for 17 weeks of working with me. And so every week you get a video. Every week you get a homework assignment. Every week you get a training guide on these 16 critical steps. And we're on zoom together live and the course members. And it's incredible. It's an hour and a half every week. So I offer supplemental training and then coaching. I'm there to coach you and train you. And I had five members last. The first time I launched it at Malaysia, Prague, El Salvador, California. It was, it was unbelievable. So it's global and you're learning from each other. When you get through the certification and you pass my certification exam, if there's an oral and a written, you get the license to use my amazing career project video training with your clients. So there you go. You are given my proven model for change and I'm training you in it. And it's really transformational. It's pretty amazing. So you know, do download that series, that free series. And again, if you watch it and say, oh my gosh, I gotta learn all about this, then this course is for you. All right, awesome question. What else? Who else has a question? Don't be shy. What do you want to ask? All right, that's it. Well, I just want to leave you with this. Coaching is an amazing endeavor. It's a life changing endeavor for you, the coach, for hopefully for the people that you're working with. It's so beautiful, it's so heartfelt. It can be a spiritual endeavor because you're bringing yourself to the world in a helpful way. You know, I just have to say again, Maria Nemeth, who is one of my favorite authors. Well, that's nice. One of my favorite authors of the Energy of Money says, we are all happiest when we're giving form to our life intentions. No, no, let me go back. We are all happiest when we're demonstrating in physical reality what we know to be true about ourselves. When we're giving form to our life intentions in ways that help others. I truly believe no truer words have ever been spoken. And coaching when you are trained and training is so very important because you need to turn yourself inside and out to be a good coach. You need to look at where your power gaps are, where you're emotionally constrained, where you are defensive, where you project onto other people. You know, my therapy training made me a great coach. Really. I have to say that doesn't sound humble, but that's okay because I believe in it. But when you are demonstrating in physical reality what you know to be true about yourself, about your heart, about your spirit, about your passions, and when you're giving form to your life intentions, those life goals that you have when you're 90, looking back, what do you want to say you've done with your life? When you're giving form to those in ways that help other people, it's a life changing experience. So I really want to see, you know, any coach who listens to this who says that's what I want to do. I want to make a difference with everything that I am. But I want to make a great living too. I don't want to go broke. I don't want to invest 100,000 and make 20,000 and never, never pay my bills. You want to do this with high impact and high success. I hope you'll check out my four part video series and I hope this is helping helpful. Let me know. Write me some comments and do under each video there's a section to comment. I would love your candid feedback. Please tell me what you think and I hope this is helpful. Let me know and I'll see you next Tuesday at noon. Thanks for being here. Bye.
