If you have a build it and they will come mentality, it's not enough. It is absolutely not enough to positive think. Elliott Communications is a coaching and consulting firm for women. I started Elliot really because I had an 18 year corporate career that was really fraught with some challenges. And when I came out of it, I became passionate about helping women achieve breakthrough. Number one, to get through those challenges, but number two, to achieve what they abundant success.
This was invaluable. I mean I just signed up two days ago. I saw the advertisement, I didn't know anything about it. So this was the best, best investment I made in me.
We help them not just achieve goals, but truly break through the challenges that they have so they don't have to ever face them again. And that allows for them new energy, new excitement, new ability to create their lives as they truly want them. And how many would say they're in transition? Okay, how many want to be in transition? How many do not want what they have today or they want a major adjustment? How about that? A major shift? Okay. It is about breakthrough. It's about helping someone understand, number one, what their situation is. Telling them about how to step up and be more they can be in life and helping them connect to their resources, their internal resources to make the changes that mean abundant success for them. I think that was very empowering.
Made you think with inside yourself of.
What really you were missing in life.
Total financial freedom to do what I want and give back. Yeah. I love it. Thank you. Thank you for sharing. That's beautiful. I believe women have unique challenges and specific to their situation and condition. And I'm uniquely able to address those because I've lived them and I see it over and over, whether it's a shift within a career or it's leaving an old career and starting a new endeavor, creating a creative project like writing a book. Dreams that people have that will fulfill a life goal they're able to accomplish through this type of work.
I think the biggest thing was recognizing where we're getting stuck and what level it's on and then addressing it from that point instead of just feeling like you're stuck thinking, okay, where am I stuck? What can I do to change it? And then Kathy really helped with a specific plan on what to do from there.
So the game plan, how I engage with clients is first I help them really understand exactly what they want. If we don't know what we want, we really can't achieve it. And I do that through my career path assessment, which is a list of questions I wish someone had asked me 30 years ago when I was formulating my career. And then we take five steps.
I now know there are very specific steps that I can take to not only control my business, but mold it, shape it, and move it to where I want it to be. I can control it.
Women who really want to be all they can be, but they also want concrete, practical coaching, suggestions, strategies and solutions. I think they'll find a good fit with me. And I ask simply that you say yes to your compelling visions because they're waiting for you to be made real. And I hope that's been helpful to you. Thank you so much, ladies.
