It starts by being proactive instead of reactive. So instead of the roles you're considering being whatever recruiter happened to reach out to you, you take control of the situation. You think like a salesperson. All right what are my skills, what's my product? Who does that map well to and what are the things that I want to do next? And you go hunting. Don't let yourself be hunted. You go do the hunting and it's a lot more challenging for sure but this is a great way to to approach a search. So I do okay I'm let's take a hypothetical.
