What is that metrics that is important to that partner like is it and when we integrate with them for instance is that metric customer retention Maybe it's understanding that it becomes a stickier product like understanding and I think that is the key to a partnership is going in there and understanding I know all the partner leaders that have been in partnerships much longer than me understand that going in there with bigger product and a bigger player what is that metric that helps drive them why did we integrate in the first place and that's highlight all of these things with their top down or like a top down approach or with all of these initiatives that we can do that we're just calling them in that they don't have to put their lobby resources in. We start to get on the radar we start to drive that home and I think slowly we'll get on that radar and understand why you would be the better partner to partner with and actually they will start giving you resources.
