How much time and how often you're posting. So they should post at least three times a week and then to inspire them to do so. I believe that the biggest impact that we have is that we lead by example. So I personally, I am posting every single day. Aside from all of my job as a manager that I have, my CEO is also posting every single day. And then what they see when they come is that they are actually seeing that I personally don't even have to do so much cross picking. And that itself gives them like high hopes that at one point they will don't have to use so much emails or LinkedIn messages. They will be able to have their life much more easier. So I think that's the kind of the end goal that they envision immediately and they see the impact of it when they start. Obviously the onboarding helps them to get an understanding of how to Write properly on LinkedIn. We give them some content that they can actually share and what are the types of content they can be posting.
