You definitely have to have a content calendar. You know, you should have at least 30 days of content before you've started. If you've done your research, you already know what they want to talk about, what their pains are, what they think the value is of the community. You just take that and you, you put a content calendar out, and then you have to be. There's a lot of hand to hand combat at the beginning, too. It's like, oh, you have a question on this? Oh, so. And so is an expert. Can I connect you? So there's a lot of that going on at the beginning. And I think if you do a lot of those things right, you're going to see some natural traction. And I would also say start tracking your referrals from the beginning so that you don't have to back into tracking your referrals later.
