A YouTube conversation (host Kevin "KD" Dorsey with guest Christian Banach) on strategies to land enterprise, seven-figure deals. The speaker emphasizes providing upfront value and positioning oneself as an expert (not a pitch-first salesperson), preparing thoroughly for high-value meetings (research and workshop-style engagements rather than simple demos), and using concise outreach messaging (targeting ~100 words or less) to engage busy executives.

It's also changes the dynamic, right? You're, you're now providing value. You're an expert on a topic you're exchanging. You're not a salesperson that's just out there trying to pitch, you know, your, your product to them. So there's a lot of, you know, there's a lot of benefits to that type of an approach. It definitely takes a little bit more work upfront for those meetings. You have to come prepared. You're not going to just show up and, you know, walk them through a demo. You have to come prepared, do some research. But when you're chasing those seven figure deals, it's worth, worth that type of effort. And that blends in then to the engaging messaging, you know, portion that we talked that you mentioned. You know, when you're, and I talked about this a little bit earlier, but when you're reaching out, these executives are busy and I think this is kind of true of everybody, but you have to be short and concise in what you say. You know, we're trying to write emails in, you know, 100 words or less, which is difficult to, you know, demonstrate what this workshop's going to be about and what the value is in it for them.
