When I first started at Vidyard I'd work out every day, I'd get a lot of exercise and then as my job and my career got more demanding and tough, the first sacrifice I made was fitness and working out. Over the last six months I've really gotten back to that training at least three times, three times a week. And what that does is just give you a certain level of mental clarity that you just can't get from anything else. So I'd say as you lean more into your career, as you gain more success and responsibility throughout it, don't let the fitness healthy eating be the thing that gets sacrificed. Sacrifice other things like have non negotiable time in your afternoons. I think that's a really big key before I work from 7am to 7pm midnight sometimes. Although that will help you in the short term that's not going to be sustainably long term. So it's important to have that level of balance.
