Short excerpt from a YouTube interview encouraging awareness, education, and openness to people who are different. The speaker frames femininity and diversity (including women in sales and other diversity hires) as areas where increased awareness and an open heart/mind can drive positive change.

And I think if you're, you know, if you have a willingness to do that and open your heart and open your mind to people who are different than you, then we're. We have the ability to change the world. Right. And it doesn't only relate to girls, you know, to girls in sales. Right. I mean, I think it relates to, to any kind of diversity hire that people just need to become more aware.
