In this brief alumni video, Dean Troyer opens by praising the resilience and continued learning of Belk College of Business alumni, referring to them as "Business Niners." He highlights how alumni are making a difference during the COVID‑19 pandemic. A member of the client data and analytics team explains how they are helping clients set up applications for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) through their platform. A healthcare professional credits their Belk education for enabling their team to secure essential supplies—masks, gloves, ventilators, and lab equipment—to protect patients and staff, describing it as the most impactful role of their career. Another alumnus describes the launch of UNC Charlotte‑themed fashion masks, with proceeds supporting the Student Emergency Relief Fund, and encourages the community to wear green. Dean Troyer concludes by celebrating business leaders who are solving problems, keeping businesses open, and urging everyone to stay strong, healthy, and keep learning.

This is by far the most impactful role I have had in my career thus far, and I'm very grateful for my Belk College of Business education Our team has had to rally to ensure that we have masks, gloves, ventilators, lab supplies needed to provide for our patients and our team members in this time of crisis. I am very grateful to the Bell College because without that education, I wouldn't be here today.
We recently launched a set of fashion masks to wear just kind of out As you're running errands so that folks can stay protected. We'll actually be doing a UNC Charlotte-themed fashion mask as well, and a portion of the proceeds of those masks will also be going to the Student Emergency Relief Fund.
