There are so many possibilities when former students give back to the Country Day Fund. During my 34 years at Country Day, I've created some tremendous relationships. One of the great attributes of being a teacher-coach is the opportunity to work with student athletes both in the classroom and on the fields. It helps round out the entire academic experience here at Country Day.
I think it's really important that the Charlotte Country Day faculty and staff have such a strong impact on our future leaders. The Country Day Fund does great things for professional development. It's one way that we know that teaching at Country Day, we will have all the resources that we need.
I think at the heart of the school is a love for the kids, and that's what we tried to instill in them, is that we love them. It was my life. It was a joy for me to go and teach every day.
So you folks that have been members of the Country Day community before know about the wonderful things that you were afforded when you came through here. We have so many excellent opportunities, but we do need you to support us. Thank you for giving back during Bucks Together Days 2021. During this time, we really appreciate your help. Go Bucs!
