Cornet Carolina's Young Leader of the Year. Congratulations, John Christenberry of Cushman& Wakefield.
I've never seen anybody that's quite hustled as much as he has in the industry. He's a go-getter. He understands that it's a business about connecting, connecting the dots, connecting, making relationships with clients, but then figuring out how to connect those clients with other people that can benefit their business.
Oh, hold on, sorry. John is texting me right now. Yes, I know, I know, I know. One thing I love about John, he is passionate about anything he does, and then he's really passionate about the Panthers. John eats, breathes, and sleeps Panthers.
The real estate market here in Charlotte, pretty hot, and so you need to move fairly quick. And so I've always admired how fast John would react. And we were looking for something a little different. We were looking for part office, part industrial, some warehouse space where we could build some things out. John is just a really big-time hard worker, and not— it was not only on our space, but I've been around John during Cornet and some of the meetings. He's done a lot of different things for this organization, but he does owe us dinner.
Congratulations, John Christenberry of Cushman& Wakefield. Cornette Carolina's Young Leader of the Year.
