Chef John is wonderful. We enjoy everything he fixes, and what's so neat is we have specials every single day.
Every night we'll have anywhere from 5 to 7 chef specials, and so our goal is to keep it fresh and as many options on a daily basis as possible.
Every night is something different, but it's like coming in and, and seeing your family. The satisfaction that we bring to the members every night is the reason why we are here.
You know, we really utilize the members' feedback to develop our menus, and we actually go out and try to find farms that'll work with us and provide us with fresh vegetables, eggs, meat, poultry.
I like the food. There's plenty of variety. I mean, you can get what you want here, from, from the casual bistro to the dining. I love the salmon, and I like the steaks. The quality of the beef here is just really, really good.
Actually, we enjoy the casual grill. It's more informal. There's a buffet, but you can also order off of the menu if you'd like.
Anything that you have on our dining menu, we can deliver fresh to your door. We'll bag it up, we cook it fresh to order, and we bring it right to your door. Our chef's been here for 8 years. I've been here for 10. We have a great staff and we love our members.
The people who live here, the members, have worked their entire life and they deserve to have, to enjoy their golden years, and we're here to help them do that.
