I use the garage every day when I come to work. You don't have to roll down your window, you don't have to do anything to enter or exit. It automatically reads your license plate, opens the gate for you to come in, and the same when you're leaving. You're not fumbling to find a card, Roll down your window, swipe, and then swipe again because it didn't read it the first time.

Yesterday I received a call of a lady who was having a good time and parked her car in a different garage. So they called me and see if the car was here. So instead of walking the whole garage, I can log into my system and tell them exactly if the car is There's no cash exchanged at all.
Along with the license plate recognition cameras, there's new equipment where we're using a barcoding system. It's completely automated.
Previously at egress during rush hour, that 4:30, 5 o'clock period, the garage would back up to the 7th, 8th level, but with the LPR, we've been able to reduce that. I do travel, so I do encounter different garages.
I've been to a lot of garages across the country, and this is the best one that I've ever encountered.
