Hi, I'm Ella, the newest part of the team at Kim Brattain Media.
I'm in charge of, well, morale.
But I'm supposed to talk about integrity. Kim says that's what's kept her in business these 8 years. And grew her business 40% last year. People know if she says she'll do something, she will. And I think that has something to do with fairness, too. Fair pricing, fair delivery times, fair employee practices. That's where I come in. It's fair to say most people will stop working for a tummy rub. That's our editor, Lee. Always count on her for a scratch behind the ears. Keith Fur, the photographer. Treats in his pockets. And Kim, our fearless leader. She says a lot of people can make a good video.
That's what we do mostly.
Commercials, fundraising films for nonprofits, corporate identity films, and training films too. But they don't work as long or as hard as we do to get it right. To tell the story perfectly. To make our clients proud. That's all balled up in that integrity thing. We always do our best, no matter how large or how small the project. So integrity is not fancy, not slick, but very important.
