We've been here this week looking for a specific location to house all of the programs that we're going to offer, and it's been very positive, and we have many selections to choose from to cover the entire region, and so we're excited about that as well. When you look at the state of Mississippi compared to the other states in our nation, The highest unemployment rate is here. You've had catastrophes after catastrophe, and you look at your population, there's just no work, and the qualifications for the work that is available is lacking. So we're here to fill that gap, to educate and train according to the specific jobs that are available throughout the region. And so we're excited about that. The community is excited about it. And we're looking for economic development, growth, and community empowerment. We have good meetings today with our upcoming mayor and congressman, so we're excited.
