The presenters highlight her deep, relationship‑focused approach to client work, noting that she strives to understand each client’s business and the challenges that keep them up at night. They cite her impressive project portfolio—including Charlotte Center City Partners, Reynolds American, Muzak, Food Lion, and Belk—as evidence of her impact. Ruth is also credited with fostering talent on her team, contributing significantly to its success.
