The way Sarah has changed the business has been really unique. We've been on a cultural journey for transparency. You open up doors, you open up windows. We all work in the same way. One mission, one team. We're all equal.
Part of the project goals was that this was going to be a place, a home away from home. Corporate offices have open office plans, but people still need a sense of territory. We also came up with choice rooms so people had choices for where they could work.
LPL has done such a great job of creating a culture out here that this beautiful campus is just a Icing on the cake, I'd say.
If you're in the building, you're connected with nature. And how are you connected with nature? You're connected with trees, water.
So I'd say this message to Sarah: you are fabulous. You're a role model and a woman executive in an industry that is not necessarily gender-high on females. There is no limit to what Sarah can do.
