The promotional video features five student speakers sharing personal testimonials about UNC Charlotte’s Belk College of Business MBA program. Each speaker highlights how the program’s flexibility and part‑time structure allow them to balance full‑time work, family responsibilities, and academic goals. They praise the curriculum’s design, noting that professors tailor classes to suit part‑time learners and understand the need for work‑life balance. One student explains that the part‑time option enabled them to stay in their corporate job while continuing education, illustrating the program’s practical benefits for career continuity.

I chose the Belk College MBA because it was flexible. That's very important to me with 2 kids and working full-time.
I like the structure of the program just because they set you up and they kind of tailor towards your needs.
The professors structured the class in a way that a part-time individual could succeed.
Every professor kind of understands that you have to balance a life as well.
The UNCC MBA program was the best option because I actually was planning to quit my corporate job, but I was able to go to part-time at work, so it's been really helpful for me to continue learning at work and also matching it with what's going on at night in my classes.
