It's a new day. I'm Kim Gaskill and this is the Daily Spark. I was determined the other day to be able to latch the Velcro on my boot. There are two straps on the very bottom of my foot that I haven't been able to reach, and I figured out how to do it with my little grabber and a little finesse. And another device. I was working it through the little hoop, and then I grabbed it with something else, pulled on it, but in doing that, I think I damaged one of the Velcro, Velcro straps. Now I got it on, and it wasn't as great as it could be, but it was, it was okay. It worked. And because of that determination, I was actually able to get it on myself for the first time. But now I'm sitting here watching someone sew the strap back together because it actually separated today, and, uh, I don't really have an option, but we will make it work. And I've had to do that this week with several things— be determined, no matter what the odds are against me, to figure out a way to make things work. And I challenge you in your business when you think things are falling apart or you think things are difficult or in your life when you're having struggles that you want to give up and throw your hands up and say you're done, be determined to find a way to work through it. Because when you get to the other side, it's pretty rewarding and pretty useful because now what you wanted to have done is done and you can move on with your day. So I hope you find the determination today, and I'll catch you again tomorrow for another Daily Spark.
