It's a new day. I'm Kim Gaskill, and this is the Daily Spark. This morning I'm looking over into the foyer, and I'm looking at the handrail, at the stair rail, and that goes up the stairway to the second floor. It's a big open foyer. And the first thought in my head, which was a bad one, was, man, I'd love to just hop on that railing and slide down it. Now, one, that's a terrible idea because I'm not even walking yet, so that would be very dangerous. And two, I'm pretty sure that if I did that, the rail would break and I would fall and probably break my other leg. So not a good idea, but the thought of sliding down it was actually pretty fun. Just like I've actually slid down the middle of an escalator before. Now tell me you have not thought of that before. Now they put those little high bumps and, you know, slats in the middle of it so people can't do that because, you know, We used to do that a lot. It was fun. You know, who didn't come up to an escalator and think, ooh, I want to just slide down the middle. But anyway, my point is, do something fun today. It's Self-Care Sunday. Don't be afraid to have those thoughts of a little fun idea pop in your head. Now don't do anything dangerous, but the thought of it is fun. Think outside the box. Make sure you do something fun for yourself today and plan for your week coming up. Catch me again tomorrow for another Daily Spark.
