It's a new day. I'm Kim Gaskill and this is the Daily Spark. It is Monday, my One Thing Monday. What do you have planned for the week? I listened to a flock of geese this morning flying in. It is that time of year, it's spring. A lot of things going on right now, a lot of changes. Spring always brings a lot of things into the picture. The birds that went, migrated somewhere for the winter, come back. The garden beds and everything sitting out here that need tended, need to be prepared and the soil tended to, to be able to plant the seeds soon, to have that harvest in the late summer and fall. Things that in the spring, you heard that saying, April showers bring May flowers. It's that preparation of things that we need to do now, things that are happening now that are gonna give us a benefit later. So I'm thinking about that today in my content and my goals for my business and for my personal growth. What are the things that I want to happen a month from now or 2 months from now that I need to start doing some things this week to make sure that happens? I'll be honest, I haven't been very good at that lately, and I need to get more focused on determining what I need to do this week. What is my one thing for this week that I need to make sure happens So I hit my goals a month from now or 3 months from now. If I look at what happened in my last quarter, the first quarter of the year, I didn't really accomplish anything. Now, yes, I had some struggles with the accident and everything, and, and I've had some changes, but there still were things I could have done that I didn't take advantage of, and I could be somewhere today. At a different place than where I am if I would have done those things. I would be at a little bit different level in my business, or I'd be a little closer to meeting a goal if I would have planned a little better last quarter. So this quarter I'm going to try and do a better job of that, and I challenge you to do the same. Look at what you're doing this week. Are there things you need to have in place to get them accomplished this week to make sure your goals for next quarter are met. If they are, let's get on that. Let's get to the calendar. Let's get to our schedules. Get those goals written in and those tasks that we need to come to complete this week to meet those goals. I hope you have a great day, and if you have any questions or want to talk about your goals, you can contact me anywhere on the socials at Ecotech, E-C-O-T-E-K. Send me a message, we can work on our goals together, and join me again tomorrow for another Daily Spark.
