I don't know about you, but this quiet quitting makes me incredibly, incredibly sad. You know, the more I think about it, I know so many people who are actually quiet quitting, who are just in their jobs, doing what they need to do and figuring out what else they're going to do. And it all comes down to culture and values and purpose. I know. I've been talking a lot about even the recession and why people are quitting. And again, it comes down to how. How do we create a sense of belonging for our people? Take the time to reach out, reach out to someone and say, hey, how are you? Go and walk by someone. Hey, you want to grab a bite? How are you? Quiet quitting comes because people don't feel a sense of belonging and purpose. One step at a time, no matter what your position is, no matter what your title is, can solve that. Not only for others, we can also do the same for ourselves. How can we connect, reconnect to the purpose that we're there for?
