Questions this video answers

24 years (retired).

Hi, I'm in Chicago, and I'm speaking at a conference, and I'm with Cindy, and Cindy is going to the conference, and today we're taking strides. And Cindy has a military background. So how many years were you in the military?
I was in for 24 years. Retired. Oh, my God. And on my second career now.
24 years, you guys. So, Cindy, what do you think the biggest lesson in leadership is?
The biggest lesson in leadership is that I'm not always right. You could be wrong. And it's okay. And it's good to admit it, and it's good to. To trust the people that work for you and with you so that you. They can lead you in the right direction.
I love that. What a good lesson for today. So today, just think about what Cindy said and about not always having to be right. And as a leader, I think sometimes we feel like we do.
Right.
And so thanks for taking strides with Cindy and me.
