Borrower has the list of tasks in their Be Smarty dashboard under their to do section as they log in. If income and employment verification is one of them, they'd be listed while in Bismardi. Locate and Verify Income button, select the top Verify Instantly. TRUV makes it easy to find your employer. All you have to do is sign in. Let's do the same thing for a second employer. You can click on Add New Employer to connect your prior employers. Please refrain from adding Co Borrower details here. For Co Borrowers, navigate to the Co Borrower section and add appropriate employments. Once you have all of your sources of income added, you will submit. Once submitted, allow it to process. You can find the return documents under the VOI or VOE tab as you log in to see the loan details and Be Smarty. Process complete.
