Step-by-step walkthrough of connecting Encompass to Truv for mortgage lending. Shows how to set up services, add authorized users, and manage API credentials to pull and refresh aggregate reports in Encompass.
With Encompass Integrations, customers retrieve and refresh aggregate reports and store them in the Encompass E folder during the mortgage loan origination process. Login as an admin using Encompass Web Once authenticated, navigate to the Admin tab at the top. Select Services, then select Services Management, then add Service on the right. Part 2 True verifications and now open the category Drop down on the right, navigate down to Verifications and select it. It is near the bottom. Find the TRUV tile for your integration and select Manual for triggering User Setup. Complete the Service Setup Name field in step two of Authorized Users. Add Authorized Users and then be sure to hit Save at the end. Part 4 API dashboard select the API keys on True's dashboard, use the Copy icon to copy the credentials, and then navigate back to the Encompass Dashboard and navigate back to the Service Management. Navigate to Edit Credentials, add the credentials for each field, and save. This is both for Client ID and Secret. As you can see, there are two different codes to copy. It's always good to make sure that both are accurate before saving, otherwise you might end up with an error. Just like before. Navigate to Service Management and select Service Setups. The final step? Toggle it on Sam.
