This is a YouTube video titled "Encompass Integration With Truv: How to Setup ASO" created on September 9, 2024. The content is a detailed instructional guide explaining how to integrate TRUV with Encompass software, focusing on automating verification orders and setting up rules and service orders for borrowers and co-borrowers. The speaker, Sam, provides step-by-step directions for configuring the system to streamline the verification process.
With TRUV integrated into Encompass, TRUV orders are automatically triggered, eliminating manual initiation and accelerating verification. Let's start off by opening Encompass Log into your Encompass account. You will be prompted to go through the verification process. Once authenticated, go to Services and Service Management in step two, we're going to establish a rule to auto trigger True for all borrower pairs within the loan. The steps guide the creation of employment rules for borrowers and co borrowers. To set up True for all borrower pairs, go to Create Rules Under Automation Rules, Go to Verifications, Click Add for a new rule, select asobop and give it a unique name. You will be doing the rule name and also the rule description. Use Condition Editor or Query Builder to set true service triggers. Be sure to validate the conditions. Once you have the confirmation, we will move on to Service Order Edition. In Service Order, you need to add a new rule. In the Service order, click Add, then select True as the Provider and click Create to assign for part three, we're going to detail the steps for adding a Service order. When opening a Service order, input a name and description for identification and select Individual level to apply settings to one user Borrower Settings. Select and input conditions under automated readiness conditions in the Condition Editor. Add automatic processes under Automated Options and input template name and number of employees in the Troop template. Before saving, manually navigate to the Service order if not redirected and select the newly created template for the corresponding borrower. Depending if you are doing just Borrower or co borrower, you will need to pick in the Condition Editor and paste below the necessary condition for co borrower. Repeat and use a different template for these settings. To successfully complete the process of adding a service order, you need to follow two important steps. First, set the Service order as active. This will ensure that it is ready for use. Once the order is active, you then need to save it, effectively storing all the configurations you made. Sam.
