This is a YouTube video titled "Genesee Regional Bank Shares The Game Changer: Truv’s Detailed Income Breakdown" containing a segment where Sasha Mahmudov discusses the high costs and inefficiencies related to pulling work numbers for borrowers, highlighting issues with data accuracy and inactive employment records. The content appears to be a presentation or testimonial focused on financial data management and income verification.

The most eye opening things that I found when I started looking into, okay, we're spending upwards of $30,000 monthly on work number and when I started looking into the numbers we were pulling. Every time you pull a work number, I can't control what I'm pulling. So if I pull a work number I may get what I need back. I may get a job that the borrower had two years ago. That doesn't mean no good. And so when I looked at the numbers, more than 50% of the work numbers that we were pulling were actually inactive employ.
