They have found, surprisingly, they have found that students in elementary, high school, college, where basically the lower levels they perform. It's amazing how their ability and their scoring averages in math, English, all of these things accelerate. Once they get it clear, they get an instructor who convinces them that they can do. Doesn't matter if they're no good when they start. But if they get the idea that you can improve, you can get it back, you can get better. No matter what you're not good at, it doesn't matter. You can get good at it. You can take your C average course that you flop, but you can pass that thing. You can't go up and get B's and A's if you study. If you put the time and energy in there, that can happen. And so over time, you can get this foundational knowledge. But light bulbs go on. Only go on when people are convinced. Kids are convinced it can really happen. And in business, when we are faced with challenges or there's something we just really want to do, you know, it can be the thing where we really want to do, expand our business from one location to multiple locations. We want to be in multiple states. We want whatever it is. We want to have multiple products. We don't want it to have just one great product. They want to have, you know, we want to expand our menu, whatever it is that you want to do or you're forced to do. Who has not been forced to make adjustments because of COVID of course. And so the thing is, sometimes life will force you. Sometimes you get an injury. It doesn't have to be a global pandemic. It could be you got an injury. I think Tiger woods has had to make some. Is making some changes in his plans since before this last accident. But he's been having to make changes as his body has shut down on him. Five back surgeries, he's had to make adjustments. Well, all of us. I mean, in life, that's a common thing you have to do. Things happen. Either relationships, finances, you know, physical abilities. Things will happen to your company that you have to adjust. You have to make changes. And then you have the doubt. Whenever that happened, you had the doubt, can I do it? And can I do it well? And even if you stay in the same business, same industry, it's like, can I move up? I'm getting bored here. Is there more for me? Can I move up? And here's the deal. You absolutely got to get past the point where you doubt your ability to move up, because of course you can improve. Improve your position means you improve your skill set. You improve what you get done. If you've been doing it already, you already are well aware, you just may not be thinking about areas that could be better. You look at everything and say, what could be better? What could make me better? What could. You know, maybe I need some help. Maybe I need some advice. Maybe. Where am I stalled out? We're all, hey, listen, there's a lot.
Of information online, but there aren't a lot of people who have actually done something. In my case, I've actually built a successful business, has accrued over $5 billion in assets under management, and has done well even during trying times. Now, if you want to know exactly how I've done this, go to Whiteellumwinning.com forward/webinar. Now, I've compressed a decade of learning into five short weeks. Just for those of you who want to give yourself an incredible advantage and are tired of waiting and watching others move up.
Essentially a bottomless pit of potential in the areas that excite us. You know, as long as you're in an area, you know that, that you're turned on about, you have some natural abilities for, you know, you have, you're suited for it. You like the people in that thing. You have an unlimited ability to get better if you just improve quicker, faster, better, Big adjustments, little adjustments. Every, actually, every area of your life, not just in business, but in your personal life, your relationships, your finances, your lawn can get better. And the thing is, see, every area is a vast, vast, vast opportunity for growth. And when you get better, the great thing about getting better is you make things around you better. You make it easier on yourself, you make it smoother for you. You, you become more efficient. You stay on course more. You know, when you get off course, it's where that bumpy road, you know, the bumps are when you get off the highway, most of the roads are good enough. The interstates anyway, where it's going to be pretty smooth sailing. As long as you stay on the interstate, you know, you find better patterns. We can refine our thing when we're in our groove, and as we improve, the people around us, they're driven to improve Just to keep up with us. And they'll either get driven away or they'll get better too. And see, so are you. So your core is going to improve. It's going to happen by degrees. And so it's not a big sweat for you. So you got to get past this doubt, can I improve? And get your butt to work. Because you're never going to improve if you're not giving it everything you got. See all of this as your core improve, all these other things improve. And that just allows you to getting more done in your daily 24 hour allotment. And you're gonna, you know, you're smart enough to work hard, but you're smart enough to just do more than just work hard. You work hard and you improve. See? Work hard and improve. Refine your work where you get more results. And the thing is, success is a journey. And the journey has steps. And every step will get you closer. Even if you get off course, you're going to get knowledge, you're going to learn, don't go that way. And every step closer on the success journey increases your eyes of success because you're closer. And it never guarantees it, but it makes it much more likely. Don't ever doubt your ability to move up. Of course you can. It's going to happen by degrees. It's going to happen because you work hard and because you've got your eye open for improvements moving forward. And that will cause your success to be success that lasts. You know, you won't be this skyrocket. Now we just call it Disneyland. Fireworks display, you know, dazzle you, but then it's gone. No, your growth is going to be something solid as a rock that will last. Because you've built the fundamentals, you've built the skill set, you've grown into it over time. All right, you can always move up. Don't doubt it.
