The second thing we learned was, you know, there was that old adage that you hire for attitude, train for skill. I said bullshit like that. That doesn't work. You have to hire for attitude and skill set. You have to hire for the culture fit and the proven skill set. So we became very good at deploying on that. We also became really good at the retrospective or the debrief on any time anything didn't work out.
