Follow your natural curiosity and instincts and don't hold back. Even if you don't have a big inspiration or an idea and you're not really sure that you want a business of your own down the road, there's a lot of incentive, I think, for still being proactive and looking for responsibility, looking to move up, looking to expand your skill set, make contacts, things like that, because that's how you learn. You get out there and you try things. The easy thing inside a corporation is to hide from responsibility or hide from that because a lot of blame game. You raise your head up and you get chopped off. You want to overcome that.
