Larry Weidel explains how he named his company Brilliant: he sketched a prototype for an earlier venture, wrote the name on it, and it stuck. He chose the name to convey positivity, sparkle, and happiness, framing the work around creating emotional, magical moments for clients.

I had started a few other companies before Brilliant, and I had spent so much time trying to come up with the perfect name, I'd created a prototype of what Brilliant, the original Brilliant, might look like as a sketch. And I just threw the name on there and it stuck. And it's been a fun name and a fun brand. It conveys positivity and sparkles and happiness. And this is a positive business to be in. Like, you're dealing with fun stuff. You're bringing people's brands to life and you're creating emotional moments, magical moments for your clients and their clients, and, I think, spreading happiness to some degree in a world of work.
