A short excerpt from a YouTube talk about scaling a company, emphasizing that sustained growth depends on team unity and shared motivation. The speaker warns that if cohesion fades, growth will decline.
The thing is to remember when you're growing. You know, if you're running a company and the company's growing, it's either going to be growing more together or it's going to start to be growing apart. And you can usually keep. I used to tell our team, there's nothing that can stop us as long as we stay together. You know, we're on the same wavelength. We're still committed. We don't let any kind of personal things come in, and we feel good about each other. We're still motivated, and nothing can stop us. But as soon as that starts to fade, our growth is going to go down.
