Larry Weidel says conferences give you ideas but not change. What's missing is a community that provides precision training, hands-on practice to actually implement what you learned. Even billionaires rely on this structured environment to turn inspiration into real growth.

inside of our community, what we do, which is basically personal development, precision training, and we have a self-development environment. And training and environment are the things that allow people to plug the gap between— they go to a conference and they hear a bunch of ideas firehosed into their mind, then they go home and nothing ever changes much. You've got to go back to an environment, you've got to have somebody come in, precision training where you can implement that stuff. Even billionaires need this stuff.
