Larry Weidel argues winning is a learnable skill like chess, built on steady progress toward concrete goals. The conversation centers on breaking the cycle of postponement and excuses that keeps people stuck, with focus on mindset shifts that actually sustain momentum.
But let's talk about winning, and let's talk about making you unstoppable. Everybody. The idea is, if you're going to make your life count, enjoy life, you've got to have some. You got to at least think right? And the first step, you know, this whole thing behind everything I do, is getting people to understand winning, because winning's a skill. It's like learning how to play chess. But, you know, chess, checkers or whatever, there are moves, there's strategies, there's things you can do. And if I were to. You know, to me, Adam, winning is like we've talked about before, is progress. It's moving, it's progress towards what you want in life. And then eventually you get some real win, you know, big wins, specific wins.
Well, I think it's whatever it is, big or small, it's setting a goal and not making any excuses on the way to get there and not setting the goal. And I was talking to somebody the other day, they were like, they have a bad habit they're trying to break.
