Donald Miller walks through a lead-generation system: add two contacts daily for 180 days to build 360 prospects, expect 10% to convert, and touch each one roughly weekly. Google Reviews build credibility. Most people who pay for coaching fail because they skip the daily work.

Even if you're starting at zero, some people would start at zero with the database and they'd be like, like what am I going to do? But when you realize that 10% of your database should turn into a transaction, you should just have a goal. Every day you're going to add two contacts. For the next two 90 day cycles, you're going to add two contacts per day in any way you need to. And it could be on the weekends, you're adding 10 because you're holding a couple open houses. But in any way you, you can, you're adding two per day. At the end of 90 days you have 180. At the end of 180 days you have 360. And then you're, you've layered in the 60 touch, you know, basically just over one really high value touch every week. That's the game. And going for Google Reviews as well. And the cool thing is you can establish Google Reviews in a new market with people that you sold homes to in Michigan or wherever you came from. Then also productivity and time management. If, if everyone I know followed this, understood this implementation dashboard and followed it, it's only a question of how many 90 day cycles would it take for you to sell the amount of homes you want to sell or be able to buy your time back to get to your next level. It's not a question of if it will happen, it's just a question of when it will happen. But I'll have people paying $1,800 a month for paid coaching, which we don't offer anymore. When I ask them if they're using this, they're not using this and they're struggling. Whatever you need to do to integrate this, go through the training, integrate this into your everyday and you will see the results.
