About 300 homes (speaker: "by the end of her fourth year, she had sold 300 homes or something like that").
A girl new to real estate, new market, new mom. And she decided to document her journey in real estate. And it was like by the end of her fourth year, she had sold 300 homes or something like that. And because she was just like, I don't know what I'm doing, but I've got my kid and we're going to go out and somebody told me to network today, so we're going to like network with the kid. And she just documented the messiness of it all. And people just like were drawn to someone that's just doing something that they're out of their element and they're just putting themselves out there.
I think like our generation, like everything always had to be perfect and proper and, you know, professional and any. If you veer off from that, it's like, oh my gosh, why would you ever show your vulnerability? Right? So I think the younger people have an advantage to being able to do that freely.
Yeah, it probably is totally like our parents or whatever, like was like, you know, don't, don't let anyone see like the messiness in the home. Like, we go outside and we like, we leave that stuff in the home. Our jacked up.
