A short instructional talk describing seven key metrics for agent accountability focused on sales activity and outcomes. The speaker lists seven tracked measures—dials, conversations, appointments (set and met), obtained contracts, and follow-ups—and emphasizes the necessity of precise, shared definitions so teams measure consistently.
In terms of tracking the first big bucket in agent accountability, you mentioned seven things that you're measuring. Let's go through all of those seven different.
Metrics. So I had tracked as many as 21 things at one point, and I whittled it down to seven. And the seven that I came up with were, I need to track dials, I need to track conversations, I need to track appointments, set appointments, met agency, obtained new contracts, and then follow up. And follow up, as I defined it, was people that you've met with face to face that are not under contract. So whenever you're going to track something, it's really important that everybody has the exact same definition of that thing you're going to track. And I don't find that to be the case. When I talk to other realtors at happy hours, at events, you know, I might ask them, like. Like, for you, like, what is it? What does it mean to have a conversation? And they're like, well, it means this to me. And then I ask their person that's with them at their company, and they have a different answer. Like, we all have to have the exact same definition of the things that we're going to track in order for those numbers to be effective.
