Most agents aren't willing to do the work to build the systems up to allow for the opportunity to do a closing a week, right? I would work for eight to 10 weeks, head down, probably 50 hours a week, head down building systems and not having any, any cash coming in because it's a 60 to 90 day cycle. But I would have all the systems built out in eight to 10 weeks, which would allow me ultimately, probably, ultimately probably to do 100 transactions in year two. Knowing what I know now, because I know around leverage, client care, a local license, admin, maybe that, that admin hires a VA offshore when we get to go from 50 to 100 transactions. But even just a showing agent as well, like, I could probably do this working less than 50 hours and I, I wouldn't have to work, I probably wouldn't work any evenings or weekends.
