What's up? Real Estate B School community. Lars Hedinborg here, the founder of Real Estate B School. I am fresh off the red eye back from San Diego where we had our two day intensive workshop and man, I wish you all could have been there. We had eight sessions over two days. A couple bonus sessions. We covered everything from productivity to tracking at a high level in your business to we had a couple panels, one on lead generation. We had our most successful members talk about how to lead generate like a pro. We had our members that have grown the most. We had some members go from 65 sides a couple years ago and they'll do 275 sides this year, which was awesome. We had a session on how to monetize your database. Right? That's a million dollar pillar for most of us. We just don't know how to structure it properly. We had a session on personal leadership. We did a session on picking the right rocks. You know, how do you put, take the stuff you learn at an event and get it, put it into action and really see a difference in your business.
