A real estate agent shares how to generate deals from Zillow by taking Zestimate screenshots from the app and sending them to your contacts with a short message. Doing five per day takes 30 to 45 minutes and might land one extra deal per month, but the speaker recommends picking just one or two tactics you can actually stick with.
There's probably 60 to 70% stuff that you know is working and you just have to do. But then there's 30 to 40% that you're on YouTube and you're like following guys like Jimmy Macken and whoever is coming up with ideas that you can be using to stay fresh and relevant. There's a lot of good stuff with Zillow, even with your database. I was looking at a. Again, this is not scalable, but you're on your Zillow app on your phone and you've got 250 people in your database and maybe five a day. You commit to sending out a snapshot of their address and their Zillow estimate. Take a snapshot, you send it as a picture, send an audio message, say, hey, I was just, you know, kind of going through my database. I know you guys have been in the home for about five years now. You know, this is what the Zestimate's looking like. Probably not accurate. But if you want an accurate something like that that you're committing to doing, that's not scalable. It's a super value add touch. You probably will get, you know, if you did 5, 25 a week, 100amonth, you probably get an extra deal from it. But it would probably take you 30 to 40 minutes every day to do that one tactic. And you can't do all of the tactics. So me committing with my busy schedule committing just to reach out to 10 agents per day over video text is like, how am I going to fit this in today? It takes 45 minutes, but the day is 24 hours long. That's why it's like, man, you could only really commit to one or two things.
