A lot of teams that are doing great think they aren't doing great and I think they think they aren't doing great because one thing is off. So all of a sudden they get a closed mindset that everything's wrong, sky is falling when really let's just isolate the situation and find out what it is and then let's keep asking why. Ok, so what's happening? Why? But why is that happening and then why is that happening? Right, so we're going to go deep on it to find the root and not just band aid everything. I think our teams a lot of times have a lot of band aids going on and that's just like a recipe for disaster. We got to get to the root. Is it a person, is it a system, is it a process? Like what do we have that's missing the mark? Let's find the root and then the skies are going to open.
