HIGH PERFORMANCE COACHING CALL: Are You Making Your Physical Health a Priority?

A coaching call on why sleep, hydration, exercise, and diet are the foundation of high performance. The speaker walks through practical habits like getting eight hours of sleep and drinking water, then has you rate your energy on a 1-10 scale to see where you actually stand.
The ability to really make stuff happen in your real estate business or in your relationships or in anything that is important to you. The basis of it all is your physiology, ability to show up in your life with a high level of energy and focus and presence and purpose and being very deliberate about what that day or what that meeting or what that listing appointment or buyer appointment or a meeting with a team member. Your ability to be right there in that moment, getting your physiology in line shows up in all of those different areas of your life. And this has been an absolute game changer for me. So for those of you that you know that maybe it's not obvious that your physiology or your health and fitness is out of whack, but you know, you're not going to the gym regularly, you know, you're not drinking more than a gallon of water per day, you're not getting eight hours of sleep and you're not paying attention to your diet, those sorts of things, then this is an area that you definitely want to commit to, to paying more attention to because it's going to make a big, big difference. So if this is your first high performance coaching call, this is an interactive call. So two things. I want you to grab either a piece of paper or notebook. You should have a notebook that you sort of bring with you, that is strategy or personal development or professional development. One notebook that when you're on Google Hangouts or you're going to conferences or workshops. My workshop, April 1st, 2nd team building intensive workshop, got to be there. We're starting on Tuesday, the 31st of March, and you can fly out after 5pm it kind of worked out in not so great because a lot of people left at 2:00 clock this past one. But you have to fly out like as far after 5pm as you can. So you're not leaving the conference before 3pm I don't want to have a lot of people leave the workshop before 3pm on the Thursday. So that's locked down. It's going to be at the Valentine Resort, which is very cool and we'll have information out on that here quickly. All right, so get your notebook and let's talk about physiology mastery and how it relates to high performance and how this is going to show up in all the areas of your life. So let's on a scale of 1 to 10, and you can put some words with it too, but how have you felt energetically in the last week or month? So last week or month, how have you felt energetically? I always kind of like the you know, maybe it's the engineer in me, the C personality, putting a number to it, but how do you. How do you rate yourself on a scale in terms of energy levels? Like, you get up in the morning, you're clear, you don't have to drag yourself out of bed, you're ready to kind of take on the day. Maybe you're doing a morning ritual, that sort of thing. A lot of the Brendon Burchard and High Performance Academy specifically doesn't train us to be peak performers. So there's a big difference between peak performance needing to show up for high intensity or for short periods of time versus living at just an elevated level all the time.
