HIGH PERFORMANCE COACHING CALL: Gaining the Clarity You Need to Start Living Your Life Intentionally

A coaching session walking through exercises to define your best self, how you want to interact with others, and what success means to you. The focus is finding your core motivation, your big why, so you can start living intentionally instead of on autopilot.
All right, so this is the clarity chart. This. At the end of this exercise, you're going to take the finished product here and you're going to put it somewhere on your computer screen or somewhere where you can see it regularly. So what we focus on and practice is what we become. After you completed this worksheet, keep it next to your computer or workspace. To continually remind yourself of these things every day of your life, consider putting your three words in each category below as an alarm to appear on your phone multiple times per day. So you can set up a reminder or some kind of thing where you put the three times, three here to sort of pop up or set up some other system or habit where you continually refer to this sheet. Remind yourself about who to be, how to interact with others, and what will make you successful in life. A life of intentionality is a life well lived. Okay, so I've got my own right here. So we're going to do this together. Let's start with self. So these are, you're going to come up with three words and think hard. And for each word, you're going to write the reasons why you chose that word and why that word is important to you. So for there's three categories here. So self, it's sort of the three words that will define the best of who I am and that will be used to guide my personal life, including my thoughts and actions. So this is the best version of you. Three words that describe the best version of you. It's used to guide your personal life, including your thoughts and actions. It's different to give you a little sort of preview of the next two categories. Interactions. Three words that will define and guide how you engage and treat others whom you meet in life, including my loved ones and strangers. And then success markers are three words that will now remind you of what it is that made you the most successful and will make you even more successful in the future. So self, best version of yourself. Interactions, how you interact with your loved ones and even strangers. And success markers. Three words that remind you of what got you here and what's going to propel you forward. The best version of yourself from a success standpoint. So play around with these. Really choose them wisely, because this is going to be something that you refer to multiple times per day. And then we'll go to something worth fighting for. So my big why in life right now, something that is driving me, that is worth my struggle and journey. Something that is big, bigger than just me, something that I'm willing to fight for or love for is blank. And the reason it's important to me is blank. So give me that. And then why? What's the reason it's important for you. So for me, it's 100% my family, you know, to create this unbelievable life for ourselves where we can give a ton back to folks that need it. We can impact the lives of our parents, of our siblings, and we could just give a life to our children that we really never thought was possible. We create these magic moments for our family, you know, where money and time is. Doesn't even come into the equation. I committed to Julie to do a honeymoon, you know, you know that honeymoon trip that you couldn't afford when you went on your honeymoon. We're going to do a honeymoon trip every year. So a trip that it doesn't make sense to spend as much money as you're spending, but you do it anyway because it's important for your marriage. We're going to do one of those trips every year. So what's your big why in life right now? And this, this will change too, right? So if you're, if your kids are, you know, you just become empty nesters, it's probably going to be a different why than, you know, for me. I have a four and a six year old just starting school. So, you know, homeschooling. You know, we never thought we would homeschool. So that's a big part of our why right now, to be able to have the resources to do those things and get our kids on the right track. So what's your big why right now?
