HIGH PERFORMANCE COACHING CALL: How to Enlist and Inspire Others in All Areas of Your Life

A coach walks through how to persuade people in real estate and family life. Plant seeds early with clients about pricing. Find out what motivates each person, then adjust your approach for them.
So goal this session is gauged how persuasive and influential you felt in your relationships and career. This is one thing more so for me looking back over what I've achieved, the ability that I've had to enlist and inspire others to help build out the business I have today has been, it's critically important. So your ability to persuade people at the very basic level to join your team. Right. I guess even more basic than that your ability to persuade your clients to take action to get their home price right to start or if they mispriced it, to price it right to get a price reduction. So persuasion with your spouse, with your children. I don't even have children that are at the age where they can really make bad, bad choices. But if you've got 10, 11, 12, 14, 15 year olds, the stuff that they can get into and your ability to persuade them without alienating them, I can't even imagine what that's like for you guys that have children. So let's check out persuasion here and how it's affecting your performance. Is there an area of your personal or professional life that you're trying to persuade someone to change and how's it been working for you? What's been working and what doesn't seem to be working? Who can give an example of someone personally, professionally you're trying to persuade to change and how it's been working, what's been working, what hasn't been working? I find that with my spouse, she's not really great at change. So the earlier I drop in the seed. Same thing with my sister. You know, if, if, if I, I see a vision, you know, I'm, I'm getting pretty good at, at kind of getting people to take action and persuade people and it sounds a little negative but I don't mean it in negatively. Persuading SPIRE agents to simply follow up timely with leads. Yeah, so that's a, that's a big one. Talk about basic fundamental of success. You know, answer yard sign calls and follow up with Internet inquiries quickly. You know I find that with buyer agents, you know, having them look at the data for themselves and having them attribute, you know, pain or pleasure, you know, the more time you spend sort of figuring out their why, you know, really and gets into the question down here. But I found that that was the game changer for our team was when our team started taking an interest in the, in the deep personal why of our agents and being able to sort of, you know, hit those buttons. They're different buttons for each person.
