HIGH PERFORMANCE COACHING CALL: How to Protect Your Health and Maintain High Energy Levels

A coach shares how sleep, hydration, diet, and exercise are non-negotiable for sustained energy and performance. He describes losing sleep to his young child and explains why daily routines like workouts and green drinks matter. Business ownership, he argues, lets you generate wealth to give back.
I really want to get some of this content out there. I mean this, this hit me hard this week because yesterday was just a growth day, you know, a personal growth day for me in my real estate business. You know, this whole world class initiative now is, it's going to create some change in my company and some things are happening which you know, normally like a normal person would kind of get down about. It just excites me. But I didn't get good sleep the last two days so my aunt like I and my whole team noticed it like what's wrong? Are you okay? And I was literally just tired because my 4 year old like she's scared of something in her room and we can't figure out what it is. And so she's literally not going to bed and she's calling on me like until like 2, 3 in the morning. And so, and my team notices when I don't show up like totally on and maintaining that high level throughout the day. So just know that the way you show up in the world, you know, I can't function without my workouts now. I can't. If I'm not hydrating, I've got my green drink right next to me. This is way more of a big deal than you guys think it is and so it always sounds preachy when I talk about this topic. But sleep, hydration, your diet and your physical exercise is like super, super, super, super, super important. What's good on here? I love everything. Compound effect. Living your best year ever from Darren Hardy. Obviously guys know that Ultimate Sales Machine is just a killer book if you've got some like mind issues around money and some things that go around there, like the stuff that Dan Kennedy does, his renegade millionaire system is. It's just good to hear someone talk so honestly about what it means to own a business and the purpose of owning a business to make you really, really rich. In the process, you're going to treat people really well and you're going to create opportunity for them and their families and you're going to treat your clients well and that's all part of the process. But bottom line, it's about making a crapload of money for yourself so you can contribute in the world that sorely needs people to step up. And you know, God has gifted me with the ability to make money and I am just so bold about giving back now and deeply impacting people that just are having a tough time of it. But he's just got good mindset stuff around money.
