A tool that I use actively. It's really become one of my main planning tools. And I've taken my categories of improvement and I've just put them on a, on a one pager. So if you came to the. We sort of ran out of time at the end a little bit to take your categories of improvement and put them on a one pager. But this is a tool that is available. So if you go to the goal setting workshop in the Google Drive, if you go to. It's in team building goal setting workshop. And my Google Drive on the web is just running slow for some crazy reason, but I double clicked it and it's running. And so if you look at the one year planner, that's this tool. This tool here. So I will grab a link of that. Oh, it's painful. All right, well, anywhere. It's in there. So team building. There we go. All right, so I'm gonna post this up here. This is a really cool tool that I've gotten a lot of mileage out of. So hopefully all of you should see see that there. And basically what I do is so your 10 most crucial one year goals. So I was just actually going through mine here this morning. You know, one of mine is a revenue target for coaching 400 sides for the large group to run a marathon in October 25th at my wedding, weight of 192, which is about 18 pounds less than I am right now. A goal of cash put into what I call my money machine. Eight family trips and four romantic getaways. Give 100,000 to my church and outreach partners deep in connection with Julie. Be more Christ like every day. Eliminate buffer days. So do more concentrated work in fewer days. So work four days per week. And then the sales leadership platform that I'm putting in place for the LARS group, which you'll get a sneak peek of as much as I have done by April 1st second, you'll get a sneak peek of that platform, which is going to be a world class. The finished product will be something that the industry hasn't seen in terms of just taking even my team, which is pretty kick ass, to another level, which I'm excited about. So I've got all those here. I've got some emotion behind it. Why is this goal so important? And then just quarterly goals, quarterly goals, actual result, a check or an X if you made it, then a second quarter goal, actual result. So this is just a cool tool that I use this a few times a week. This is how I kind of look at my goals. I kind of like the big picture of it versus the personal categories and professional categories will feed right into this. So if you didn't do this, print this out on 11 by 17 and get it filled in and start using it. This chart is in your Google Drive. It's under Team Building 9 Goal Setting Workshop and it's called One YearPlanner PDF. And I also put the link in the chat. This is just a nice one pager for you to visually see what's going on with your goals. A good idea if any of you are like the plus up types, which I know there's a bunch of you out there is put this on a big dry erase board, send this to your printer and get them to make like you know, not even 11 by 17 but like 22 by 34 version of this will be cool with the dry erase and that'd be awesome. That'd be badass.
