That's the motivation. I tell everyone, if you're starting over at zero with your database, the awesome part is if you could sit down and get 10 people in there and run the touch system, you've got a deal and you could do it at scale. There's 1.8 deals there in the next year with the proper touch program. A lot of times we focus on too much. We do 12 things at once. We're fighting a very difficult fight in this industry. Because she was focused on going on 104 listing appointments to a week, two a week. Seems pretty reasonable, but doesn't seem like the craziest thing in the world. If I look back on an agent's week and audit where they spent their time, it wasn't this focus to go on two listing appointments.
